Luyue Island Cultural Tourism Project, Shenzhen-Shanwei, Guangdong

The project combines modular container houses, light-steel modules, triangle houses, and Apple Cabins to create multi-scenario spaces including accommodation, leisure and entertainment, a service center, and management buildings.

Using factory prefabrication, integral lifting, and on-site assembly, the project achieved rapid, controllable delivery, reduced on-site installation work, and minimized impact on the surrounding environment.

Suitable for natural terrain such as slopes, lakesides, and woodlands, without large-scale excavation or leveling; the buildings blend with the landscape and follow the terrain and views.

The project is movable and demountable, does not change land-use classification, and does not occupy construction-land quotas, effectively solving a key pain point in cultural-tourism development.
