This project combines newly purchased modular container houses with 360 service: 199 new units and 196 reused turnover units;

Custom-sized design: the observation area and exhibition hall use 12 m assembled modules and outdoor terrace modules. Office-area meeting rooms use 8 m heightened container modules;

Zones include an observation area, exhibition hall, office area, living area, and outdoor terraces, meeting office, reception, and other work needs. Meeting rooms are clean and imposing; the reception room is high-end and comfortable;

Integrated interior fit-out that is green and environmentally friendly.
