Sales Methods of Mobile Toilets

Admin October 09, 2026

The sales methods of mobile toilets mainly include two models: leasing and sales, along with a standard sales process that covers everything from demand communication to after-sales support.

Sales Model Selection

  • Leasing Model: Users pay periodic usage fees, and the service provider is responsible for transportation, installation, and maintenance. This model is suitable for short-term or temporary demand scenarios, such as grassland tourist attractions and Naadam festivals. In such scenarios, there are significant fluctuations in customer traffic and the venue is not fixed. The leasing model can flexibly adapt to peak customer traffic and venue changes, avoiding long-term idle costs.
  • Sales Model: Users make a one-time payment for the purchase cost and assume long-term maintenance responsibilities. This model is suitable for long-term fixed venues, such as urban construction sites and fixed campsites. In these scenarios, there is a continuous need for mobile toilets, and direct purchase can reduce long-term leasing costs and ensure the long-term availability of the facilities.

Standard Sales Process

  1. Demand Communication and On-Site Assessment
Have in-depth discussions with clients regarding the number of users, duration of use, venue environment, and special functional requirements (such as barrier-free design and母婴设施 (maternity and baby facilities, hereinafter referred to as MBF)). Arrange for professionals to conduct on-site inspections of the terrain, traffic conditions, water and electricity access points, and waste disposal methods to determine the type (such as single-unit or multi-unit), quantity, and layout plan of mobile toilets. For example, mountainous scenic areas need to consider the traffic capacity of transport vehicles, while desert areas need to assess the feasibility of water supply.

  2. Solution Design and Product Recommendation
Design a solution based on the assessment results, specifying product specifications (such as size and material), placement locations, transportation routes, and auxiliary facilities (such as septic tanks and disinfection equipment). Provide clients with explanations of product materials (such as stainless steel and fiberglass), functional features (such as intelligent flushing and deodorization systems), and environmental protection indicators (such as wastewater discharge standards) to assist them in choosing products that meet their needs.

  3. Quotation and Contract Confirmation
Submit a detailed quotation that includes the unit price of the product, transportation costs, installation costs, and later maintenance budget (such as regular cleaning and part replacements). After the client confirms there are no objections, sign a contract that clearly specifies product specifications, delivery time, payment method (such as installment payments), after-sales service terms (such as warranty period and response time), and the responsibilities of both parties (such as venue preparation and usage specifications).

  4. Production and Quality Control
If custom production is required, the factory assembles the structure, installs internal facilities (such as toilets and sinks), and conducts waterproof tests according to the contract requirements. Quality inspectors conduct multiple rounds of checks to ensure the product is defect-free (such as in terms of sealing and electrical safety) and perform special tests on core functions (such as the flushing system and ventilation system) to guarantee a good user experience.

  5. Transportation and On-Site Installation
Plan the transportation route and confirm the venue's accessibility. For large-scale projects, transport in batches and use special vehicles (such as cranes and flatbed trucks) and loading and unloading equipment. Installation personnel place and secure the mobile toilets on-site, connect water and electricity pipes (if necessary), and test the functions (such as lighting and flushing) while paying attention to protecting the venue environment (such as by laying protective mats).

  6. Usage Training and After-Sales Support
Provide clients with operation guides and maintenance training, including daily usage precautions (such as avoiding blockages), cleaning methods (such as disinfectant ratios), and common problem solutions (such as troubleshooting water pump failures). Conduct regular follow-up visits and provide maintenance services to ensure the long-term stable operation of the mobile toilets.
