Prefabricated Housing Agreement
Admin September 17, 2026
The prefabricated housing agreement can be mainly divided into two categories according to different application scenarios: the purchase agreement and the construction agreement. The specific content is as follows:

Purchase Agreement for Prefabricated Mobile Houses
- Definition and Explanation: Clearly define the prefabricated mobile house, which is a mobile and reusable house that is pre-fabricated in a factory. This helps both parties have a clear and accurate understanding of the object involved in the agreement, avoiding disputes due to ambiguous concepts.
- House Description: Include detailed information such as the house type (e.g., single-story or multi-story, flat roof or pitched roof), dimensions (including specific data on length, width, and height), materials (e.g., the type of steel used, wall materials), and design (covering core parameters such as exterior style and interior layout). This information enables the buyer to clearly understand the specific situation of the purchased house.
- Purchase Terms:
- Quantity and Price: Clearly specify the purchase quantity, unit price, total price, and payment method, such as whether to pay in installments and the proportion of each installment. This safeguards the rights and interests of both parties regarding the transaction amount and payment method.
- Delivery and Handover: Agree on the delivery location (e.g., a specific address), delivery time (accurate to the date), delivery conditions (e.g., the intactness of the house and whether the supporting facilities are complete), and delivery procedures (e.g., signature confirmation).
- Quality Assurance: Specify the quality assurance period. During this period, if there are quality issues with the house, clearly define the handling methods, such as repair, replacement, or refund. This provides quality assurance for the buyer.
- Liability for Breach of Contract: Clearly define the breach scenarios for both Party A and Party B, such as Party A's failure to pay on time and Party B's failure to deliver on time, as well as the corresponding compensation standards to constrain the behavior of both parties and ensure the smooth implementation of the agreement.
- Dispute Resolution: Provide resolution methods such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or legal channels. When disputes arise between the two parties, they can choose an appropriate method according to the agreement.
Construction Agreement for Prefabricated Houses
- Project Overview: Include the project name for easy identification, the location to clarify the construction site, the scale (e.g., building area and number of floors), and the budget amount to give both parties a preliminary understanding of the project cost.
- Project Content:
- Party B shall complete the construction according to the drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements provided by Party A to ensure that the construction meets Party A's needs.
- Select qualified building materials, components, and equipment to ensure project quality and safety and avoid safety accidents caused by material problems.
- Complete the tasks on time according to the construction schedule provided by Party A to ensure the project is delivered on time.
- Construction Period: Clearly specify the total construction period and the conditions for extending the period due to force majeure factors, such as natural disasters and government policy adjustments.
- Project Quality: It must meet the quality standards agreed upon by both parties, which is a strict requirement for project quality to ensure that the project achieves the expected usage effect.
