Modern Mobile Toilet
Modern mobile toilets are public sanitation facilities designed based on new materials and water-saving technologies. They have the advantages of being movable, combinable, and easy to transport, making them suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, construction sites, squares, and other places.

I. Structure and Materials The frames of modern mobile toilets are mostly welded using national standard steel, ensuring a stable structure that meets national standards. Their surfaces are covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, which not only extend their service life (up to more than 20 years) but also enhance safety and aesthetics. The exterior wall materials can be selected according to customer needs or usage environments, including color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, stainless steel plates, and aluminum-plastic panels. The main structure is welded with national standard light steel keels, meeting the requirements for overall lifting and facilitating rapid deployment and relocation.
II. Internal Configuration and Functions The interior is equipped with an independent toilet pit partitioned treatment system. The urine channel utilizes gravity self-flow design, while the feces channel achieves automatic cleaning through a piston-type scraper mechanical device, reducing manual intervention. The floor is made of anti-slip materials and is equipped with automatic flushing toilet bowls and ventilation and lighting systems to ensure comfort and hygiene during use. Additionally, an intelligent control system can monitor the toilet stall status in real-time and prompt users with occupied/unoccupied indicators, improving management efficiency.
III. Sewage Treatment Methods
- Water Flush and Waterless Suction Type: Excrement is treated through water flushing or suction, suitable for places with a water source or regular cleaning.
- Circulating Water Flush Type: Equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices, biological strains are added, and biofilm technology is used to accelerate the decomposition of fecal sewage. The treated water can be recycled for flushing, achieving the dual goals of water conservation and environmental protection.
- Dry Packaging Type: Without a water flushing device, excrement is collected by biodegradable plastic bags. After use, the bags are automatically replaced and collected centrally for treatment, suitable for water-scarce areas or places with high environmental protection requirements.
IV. Water-Saving and Intelligent Technologies An upper and lower water tank design is adopted, and by adding water-saving special agents, a low water consumption flushing effect of 0.46 to 1.5 liters per person can be achieved, significantly reducing water resource consumption. The intelligent control system can automatically adjust the flushing volume, ventilation, and lighting. Some models are also equipped with insulation systems to adapt to low-temperature environments.
V. Standard and Optional Configurations Standard configurations include toilet bowls (urinals), coat hooks, vanity mirrors, waste bins, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, door locks, and occupied/unoccupied indicators. Optional configurations include heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, anti-freeze systems, heating systems, background music, hand basins, and water-saving faucets, which can be flexibly combined according to actual needs.
