Mobile Cabin Toilet Renovation Plan

Admin October 05, 2026

The renovation of a mobile cabin toilet requires a comprehensive consideration of structural stability, space utilization, waterproofing and leakage prevention, as well as environmental protection and convenience. The specific plan is as follows:

I. Preliminary Investigation and Benchmark Parameter Verification

  1. Structural Parameter Verification: Measure the thickness of the cabin wall panels, the distribution of load-bearing joists, the flatness of the floor, and the positions of preset water supply and drainage interfaces. Mark the scope of embedded circuits and insulation layers to avoid damaging pipelines during drilling.
  2. Usage Requirement Sorting: Adjust priorities according to the scenario. For example, construction sites require wear-resistant and easy-to-clean materials, scenic spots need to balance aesthetics and passenger flow capacity, northern regions require anti-freeze swelling measures, and emergency resettlement points need to reserve space for barrier-free modifications.
  3. Existing Fault Investigation: Check for damage to the waterproof layer, blockages and corrosion in pipelines, and damage to sanitary ware. Create a detailed problem log with centimeter-level precision to guide subsequent construction.

II. Basic Seepage Prevention and Floor System Upgrade

  1. Floor Treatment: Remove damaged sanitary ware down to the base layer, fill the gaps with polyurethane sealant, and paste polyester cloth at the joints between the wall panels and the floor to enhance crack resistance.
  2. Waterproofing Construction: Apply a 2-millimeter-thick polyurea waterproof coating. The shower area should be extended upward by 1.8 meters, and the rest of the area by 30 centimeters. After it dries, conduct a 24-hour closed-water test.
  3. Floor Material Selection: Give priority to vinyl flooring. The joints should be hot-melt welded to form a seamless surface, eliminating the risk of water seepage.

III. Space Layout and Functional Integration

  1. Dry-Wet Zoning: Use curved shower partitions to save space. Place the shower area in a corner, arrange the toilet and sink along the wall, and compress the width of the sink to 40 - 50 centimeters.
  2. Three-Dimensional Storage: Extend the mirror cabinet to the ceiling, install shallow shelves behind the toilet, and install triangular tiered shelves in the corners of the shower area to make full use of vertical space.
  3. Modular Construction: Prefabricate pipelines, waterproofing, and sanitary ware installation in the factory, and quickly connect them on-site to shorten the construction period and reduce waste.

IV. Key System Optimization

  1. Water Supply System: Rely on a main freshwater tank, use a booster pump to deliver water, and equip with an instant or storage-type electric water heater.
  2. Drainage System: Discharge gray water into a gray water tank and black water into a dedicated black water tank (with a degradation agent). The tanks can be drawn out for cleaning.
  3. Ventilation System: Install a silent exhaust fan on the top and an air inlet on the side wall to form a convection current, preventing mold and odors.

V. Material and Environmental Protection Design

  1. Lightweight Materials: Use fiberglass or aluminum alloy honeycomb panels, which weigh only one-fourth of traditional tiles and are waterproof and moisture-proof.
  2. Water-Saving Technology: Use pneumatic-assisted or vacuum flushing systems with a single water consumption of ≤2 liters. Recycle gray water for toilet flushing.
  3. Environmental Protection Treatment: When unable to connect to municipal sewage, select biodegradation equipment or sealed storage devices and have them professionally cleaned regularly.

VI. Mobile Convenience Guarantee

  1. Standardized Interfaces: Use quick-plug designs for water and electricity interfaces, reserve a slope for drainage, and equip the circuits with waterproof protection.
  2. Structural Stability: Calculate the transportation stress, conduct anti-collision treatment on the edges and corners, and use waterproof and dustproof outer packaging to ensure the safety of hoisting and long-distance transportation.
