How to Move Toilet with Waterless Packing
The waterless packing of mobile toilets mainly achieves fecal collection and odor containment through the cooperation of biodegradable packing bags and mechanical devices, without the need for water flushing.

I. Types and Components
Waterless packing mobile toilets come in various types, such as electric and pedal-operated models. The core components include external mechanical devices, storage devices, and packing bags. The squat toilet is made of stainless steel to ensure durability and corrosion resistance. The external mechanical structure (such as the pedal push rod) is responsible for driving the packing action, while the internal mechanism controls the traction and sealing of the packing bags. The packing bags are made of biodegradable film, meeting environmental requirements and capable of natural decomposition.
II. Usage Process
- Bag Preparation: Insert the biodegradable packing bag into the stainless steel packing device, ensuring the bag is flat and wrinkle-free.
- Toilet Use: After using the toilet, the user triggers the mechanical traction system by stepping on the push rod (for pedal-operated models) or activating the electric device.
- Fecal Collection: The feces are rolled into the storage tank at the bottom of the toilet along with the packing bag. Each packing bag can withstand approximately 50 uses.
- Storage Tank Replacement: When changing the bag, open the small rear door of the toilet, remove the full storage tank, cover it, and stack it for transportation. Simultaneously, replace it with an empty plastic turnover box to ensure continuous use.
- Disposal and Treatment: The storage tank can be transported to an open area for burial or to a farmland manure pit for resource utilization.
III. Working Principle
The mechanical device gradually moves the packing bag downward through traction force. After the feces enter the storage tank, the toilet surface automatically updates with a new packing bag. The sealing device immediately seals the bag opening after each use, effectively isolating odors and the spread of pathogens. The entire process does not require water flushing and relies solely on mechanical actions and material properties for sanitary treatment.
IV. Installation Methods
- Floor-mounted: Place directly on a flat surface, suitable for temporary or mobile scenarios.
- In-ground: Requires prior waterproofing treatment. After leveling the ground, install a fixed steel frame and add rubber pads to adjust the levelness of the squat toilet. Note that the stainless steel shell should not directly contact cement to prevent corrosion or structural damage.
This technology combines innovative materials and mechanical designs to address the water dependency issue of traditional toilets, making it suitable for water-scarce areas, outdoor activities, and emergency scenarios, with both environmental and practical benefits.
