Composite Panel Mobile Toilet
A composite panel mobile toilet is a movable toilet facility that uses composite panels as its main structural material, suitable for various locations such as stations, docks, and tourist attractions.

Material Characteristics
Some composite panel mobile toilets are made using polyimide composite panels combined with eco-friendly aluminum sheets. This material boasts numerous excellent characteristics, with lightweight being one of its most notable features. Its density is only 1/4 that of steel, yet its strength far exceeds that of traditional building materials. It also has strong thermal insulation properties, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures ranging from -269℃ to 600℃. After undergoing a 1000-hour weathering test in an outdoor environment, its service life can reach up to 30 years. Additionally, it is resistant to high and low temperatures, ultraviolet rays, acids and alkalis, weathering, water, and fire, maintaining good performance in various harsh environments.
Structural Forms
Composite panel mobile toilets exhibit diversity in their structural forms. They can be classified by structural form into single-unit structure mobile toilets and composite structure mobile toilets; by mobility into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets; and by sewage treatment method into water-flush and waterless suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets, allowing for selection based on different needs and usage scenarios.
Specifications and Advantages
The standard dimensions of a single toilet are 8.9 meters in length, 3.7 meters in width, and 3.3 meters in height, covering an area of approximately 33 square meters with a total space of about 108 cubic meters. Its total weight is less than 8 tons, representing a weight reduction of over 50% compared to traditional metal toilets. This makes it easy to transport and simple to install, allowing it to be conveniently delivered to any location where a toilet needs to be set up. Moreover, it can be used repeatedly, offering the advantages of mobility and modularity.
Functional Configuration
It generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), flooring, sanitary fixtures, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobility devices. Some polyimide composite panel prefabricated smart mobile toilets also feature air purification functions, utilizing high-efficiency plasma deodorization combined with a fresh air system (with air exchange occurring six times per hour) to effectively maintain fresh air.
