Cement Prefabricated House Installation Contract
Admin September 18, 2026
A cement prefabricated house installation contract typically includes the following key elements:

Information of Both Parties
The detailed information of Party A (the buyer/demander) and Party B (the seller/installer) must be clearly specified, including names, ID numbers, addresses, and contact phone numbers. This section serves as the basis for confirming the contractual capacity of both parties, ensuring that their identities are traceable and avoiding disputes arising from unclear subjects.
Subject Matter and Service Description
- House Specifications: Detailed agreements should be made on the house dimensions (length, width, height), structural form (e.g., frame or brick-concrete), main frame materials (e.g., reinforced concrete or steel structure), wall materials (e.g., aerated concrete panels or composite insulation panels), and roofing materials (e.g., color steel sheets or waterproof membranes).
- House Configuration: This includes internal partition wall materials and thickness, the number and dimensions of door and window openings, door and window materials (e.g., aluminum alloy or plastic-steel) and types (casement or sliding), indoor flooring (e.g., cement self-leveling or tiles), wall finishes (e.g., latex paint or wallpaper), ceiling treatment methods (e.g., suspended ceiling or exposed ceiling) and materials, as well as water and electricity facility configurations (e.g., the number of electrical outlets and water pipe materials).
- Service Content: Party B is responsible for transportation, unloading, installation, and commissioning, ensuring that the house is firmly installed, structurally safe, and assisting Party A in acceptance. Quality warranty services should be provided. The warranty period usually starts from the date of acceptance and is commonly 1-2 years.
Rights and Obligations
- Party A's Obligations: Party A shall pay the purchase price as agreed in the contract, provide installation site conditions, and cooperate with Party B in construction. Party B's obligations include providing qualified products according to standards, bearing transportation and installation safety responsibilities, and providing warranty information.
- Party B's Rights: Party B has the right to request Party A to make payments as agreed. Party A has the right to request rectification of house quality issues and refuse payment if the acceptance fails.
Project Schedule, Costs, and Acceptance
- Schedule and Quality: The start and completion dates should be clearly defined. The project quality must comply with national and industry standards (e.g., the Technical Standard for Prefabricated Concrete Buildings), ensuring safety, applicability, and aesthetics.
- Costs and Payment: The total contract price should include house costs, transportation, installation, and taxes. The payment method is usually as follows: a 30% advance payment after contract signing, 60% upon completion and acceptance, and a 10% final payment after the warranty period expires.
- Acceptance Process: After Party B submits the acceptance report, Party A shall organize the acceptance within 7-15 days. If the acceptance fails, Party B shall make rectifications within 3-7 days until it passes.
Warranty, Breach of Contract, and Dispute Resolution
- Project Warranty: During the warranty period, quality issues (e.g., water leakage or cracking) caused by Party B shall be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- Breach of Contract Liability: For delayed completion or payment, a daily penalty (e.g., 0.1% of the total contract price) shall be paid. Losses caused by quality issues shall be compensated.
- Dispute Resolution: Priority shall be given to negotiation. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit can be filed in the court at the place where the contract is signed.
Other Agreements
For matters not covered herein, supplementary agreements can be signed. The contract shall be made in duplicate and take effect after being signed and stamped by both parties.
