The client is a Fortune Global 500 company.

This project uses 155 modular container houses and meets the client’s requirements:

1. Environmental performance: materials comply with green standards; PVC, chlorine, asbestos, and other hazardous substances are prohibited;

2. Seismic and vibration control: steel-structure vibration was resolved through mechanical calculation; local loads reach 8 kN/m²;

3. Aesthetics and waterproofing: a clean industrial-style appearance with 360° full-building waterproofing;

4. International standards: safety standards were strictly observed throughout construction, ensuring quality with zero accidents.
