Appearance: a mix of aesthetics and utility, using the ZA house structure. The overall palette of white walls and a blue roof is visually appealing, matches local aesthetic preferences, and suits a healthcare setting.

As an emergency medical project, practical safety measures were included. Steel doors meeting international medical building standards were installed for robust protection. Anti-theft screens were also added to secure patients, medical staff, and hospital equipment.

The building structure and materials received dedicated treatment: increased zinc coating to improve corrosion resistance; fire-retardant coatings and interior fireproof materials to help prevent fire spread, protect the structure, and safeguard the lives of patients, staff, and visitors.
