1. All buildings use a light-steel villa structural system, with a design life of 50 years, fire-resistance rating Class II, and safety rating Class II. Seismic fortification intensity: intensity 7 (peak ground acceleration 0.15g);

2. The canteen is a two-story building. Single-building functions are as follows: the first floor comprises the dining area, lobby, food cold-storage area, a convenience store, and an electrical room; the dining area and lobby accommodate 400 people dining at the same time;

The second floor comprises private dining rooms and an indoor staff activity center. The private-room area includes 2 large rooms for 20 people, 3 small rooms for 10 people, and 4 offices for canteen staff. The activity area has a self-leveling floor and includes an indoor fitness zone, a table tennis zone, and more.

3. Staff dormitories comprise 7 buildings, each three stories, with a clear height of 2.7 m. Total dormitory allocation is 9 m² per person per room, with corresponding dormitory-supplies storerooms, cleaning rooms, electrical rooms, and utility rooms.

4. The schedule was tight. The project completed overall structural erection and fit-out within six months and was successfully handed over.
