Given the camp's coastal terrain and the construction difficulties caused by ground-level differences, Chengdong container houses used modular design and flexible assembly—no large-scale site leveling was needed. They adapted quickly to the complex topography, resolved the elevation challenges, and enabled efficient camp construction.

Some work-area units received added roofs, and the exteriors were fitted with decorative finishes to match the client's customized requirements.

Coastal humidity is high. Chengdong applied special treatment to the building materials so the houses remain durable and reliable against moisture, corrosion, and long-term wear.
