Zhongxian Mobile Toilet Configuration

Admin September 22, 2026

The configuration of mobile toilets in Zhongxian is flexible and diverse, allowing for combinations based on usage scenarios and budget. It mainly covers four dimensions: core toilet facilities, intelligent features, auxiliary functional areas, and expandability.

Core Toilet Facilities Configuration

  1. Sanitary Fixtures: Includes water-saving squat toilets or sit toilets, hand basins, urinals (for men's toilets or standalone urinal rooms), and odor-proof floor drains. Sanitary ware should have water-saving, odor-proof, and easy-to-clean properties. For example, the mobile toilet at Baigong Parking Lot uses ceramic squat toilets and a fresh air system.
  2. Auxiliary Accessories: The toilet cubicles are equipped with toilet paper holders, waste paper containers, clothes hooks with a load capacity of ≥5kg, handrails (essential for barrier-free toilet stalls), mirrors, and ashtrays to enhance convenience.
  3. Lighting and Ventilation: Energy-saving lights and forced exhaust systems (with a ventilation frequency of ≥5 times per hour) are installed. Some are equipped with fresh air deodorization systems to maintain air freshness.

Intelligent Configuration

  1. Sensing and Automatic Control: Infrared sensing flushing, sensing hand washing, automatic lighting, and electronic toilet door displays (indicating occupied/unoccupied status) are used to reduce contact and improve hygiene levels.
  2. Intelligent Management System: High-end products are equipped with intelligent displays that can show toilet stall status in real-time, count usage frequency, and provide intelligent water-saving reminders. Emergency call devices have become a standard safety feature.
  3. Energy Self-Sufficiency: Standalone toilets use a combination of solar power systems and batteries to ensure continuous operation for ≥4 hours without an external power supply.

Auxiliary Functional Areas

  1. Management and Tool Rooms: The management room has an area of ≥4㎡ for staff use, while the tool room is approximately 1-2㎡ for storing cleaning equipment.
  2. Third Toilet: Equipped with barrier-free facilities (such as a wheelchair turning space with a diameter of ≥1.5 meters), adult and children's sit toilets, urinals, hand basins, and children's safety seats to meet the needs of families and special groups.

Expandability Configuration

  1. Water-Flush Systems: Require the installation of clean water tanks, wastewater tanks, or septic tanks, supporting traditional water flushing, recirculating water flushing (after biological treatment), and high-pressure air-water flushing (water-saving type) modes.
  2. Waterless Flush Systems: Include waterless bagging types (using biodegradable plastic bags to collect waste and automatically replace them) and microbial degradation types (achieving zero emissions through microbial decomposition).
  3. Auxiliary Equipment: All systems are equipped with liquid level monitoring devices (to prevent overflow), exhaust deodorization pipes, and easy-to-empty fecal extraction ports to ensure stable operation and convenient maintenance.
