Yulin Venue Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of mobile toilets in Yulin venues should be carried out in three stages: construction preparation, main structure construction, and functional system installation, taking into account climatic characteristics and regulatory requirements. Modular or leasing options are available to flexibly meet different needs.

I. Construction Preparation Stage
- Technical Preparation: Organize a drawing review, focusing on verifying structural dimensions, interface positions, and circuit routing to ensure alignment with on-site conditions. Given Yulin's characteristics of drought, little rain, large temperature differences between day and night, and frequent sandstorms, the foundation should be buried 30 cm below the frost line, and the roof insulation layer should be no less than 100 mm thick. Prepare technical disclosure documents specifying steel structure welding parameters (e.g., welding rod E4303, current 90-120 A), waterproof coating thickness (≥1.5 mm), and equipment installation accuracy (horizontal deviation ≤2 mm/m).
- On-site Preparation:
- Site Survey: Test the foundation bearing capacity (≥100 kPa), use a total station for positioning and layout, with deviations controlled within ±50 mm. The site flatness error should be ≤50 mm, and the slope ≤3%. Otherwise, graded sand and gravel should be used for layered backfilling and compaction (compaction coefficient ≥0.93).
- Foundation Construction: Use C30 reinforced concrete independent foundations (1200 mm × 1200 mm × 500 mm) equipped with Φ12@150 bidirectional steel mesh. Eight 200 mm × 200 mm × 10 mm steel plates should be embedded on the top surface for welding the steel structure.
- Temporary Facilities: Build a material warehouse (≥30 ㎡) and a processing shed (equipped with a 5 t gantry crane), set up three-level distribution boxes (with leakage protectors having an operating current ≤30 mA), and harden the construction road (200 mm thick C20 concrete, with expansion joints every 5 m).
II. Main Structure Construction
- Steel Structure Installation: Pre-assemble the frame in the processing area (bolted connection, torque 45-50 N·m), and lift it as a whole using a 25 t truck crane, with a lifting point bearing capacity ≥50 kN. The frame and foundation steel plate should be welded using three-sided fillet welds (weld height 8 mm, length 100 mm, spacing 200 mm). Conduct non-destructive testing after welding (UT flaw detection, Class I qualified), and perform thermal insulation slow cooling within 24 hours.
- Enclosure Structure Installation: The exterior wall can use 50 mm or 80 mm thick metal carved panels (polyurethane core material density ≥40 kg/m³, thermal conductivity ≤0.024 W/(m·K)). The roof should be laid with color steel plates + insulation layer + waterproof membrane (slope 15° or 3%). The floor should use 3 mm checkered steel plates (friction coefficient ≥0.8) plus 20 mm antique tiles (dry laying method, tile joint 2 mm).
III. Functional System Installation
- Water Supply and Drainage System: Use PPR pipes for the water supply pipes (hot-melt connection, pressure 1.6 MPa), UPVC double-wall corrugated pipes (slope 2%) or PVC-U pipes (slope 2‰) for the drainage pipes, and select food-grade PE material for the storage tank (150 L, with a water level sensor and anti-freezing electric tracing).
- Electrical System: Use LED downlights for lighting (9 W, emergency power supply ≥90 min), silent axial flow fans for ventilation (30 W, air volume ≥80 m³/h), and intelligent sensing systems for control (human body sensing distance 0.5-1.5 m, flushing response ≤0.5 s).
IV. Flexible Options
For rapid deployment, a modular integrated design (wind resistance Class 10, earthquake resistance Class 7, single toilet cubicle 1.1 m × 1.1 m × 2.35 m) or leasing service (providing standard/luxury types, with built-in water storage tanks and sewage treatment devices, supporting immediate leasing and use) can be selected.
