Mobile Toilet Installation Process
The installation process of mobile toilets varies depending on the type, mainly divided into two categories: Apple Cabin mobile toilets and ordinary mobile toilets. The specific installation procedures are as follows:

The installation of Apple Cabin mobile toilets involves three core stages: transportation, unloading, and on-site installation. During transportation, it is essential to ensure that the equipment is securely fastened to prevent structural damage caused by bumps. For unloading, professional lifting equipment should be used, and the lifting method (vertical or horizontal) should be selected based on the cabin design to avoid deformation due to improper operation. On-site installation begins with foundation positioning, using a level to calibrate the cabin's horizontal alignment. Subsequently, the water and electrical lines are connected, with waterproof connectors and grounding protection for the electrical circuit, and check valves installed in the water pipes to prevent backflow. Finally, functional tests are conducted, including joint debugging of lighting, ventilation, and sewage systems to ensure all functions operate correctly.
The installation process for ordinary mobile toilets focuses more on component assembly and sealing treatment, with the following specific steps:
- Unpacking Inspection: After unpacking, check the component list to confirm that all parts, including the toilet body, flange, angle valve, water inlet hose, nozzle, and sealing gaskets, are present to avoid rework due to missing parts.
- Flange Installation: Align the center of the flange with the center of the floor drain pipe, ensuring a tight fit between the flange edge and the floor. This step directly affects sewage sealing and requires a second calibration with a level.
- Water Line Connection: Install the angle valve and connect the tee joint. Wrap the ends of the water inlet hose with PTFE tape before tightening. When assembling the nozzle, press the sealing gasket into the thread groove to prevent future leaks.
- Bracket Fixation: Insert the nozzle bracket into the groove at the top of the tee joint, pressing firmly until a clicking sound is heard to ensure the bracket is secure and does not loosen.
- Water Testing: Turn on the water source for a flush test, observing whether the sewage drains smoothly and checking for leaks in the water lines. If any issues are found, immediate rework and adjustments are necessary.
- Sealing Application: After successful water testing, apply a uniform layer of neutral anti-mold silicone sealant around the contact area between the toilet base and the floor, with a thickness of 3-5mm. Allow it to fully cure for 24 hours before use.
Key Precautions: Apple Cabin mobile toilets should be operated by professional teams to ensure structural safety. For ordinary mobile toilets, special attention should be paid to inspecting the connection between the flange and the drain pipe, the water inlet hose joints, and other leak-prone areas during installation. The sealant should be a weather-resistant product to extend the service life.
