Three Subcontracted Public Toilet Construction Projects in the Central Urban Area by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Yuyang District, Yulin City in 2026 This project adopts a competitive negotiation procurement method with a budget of 1,095,651.13 yuan, involving three subcontracted public toilets in Shengjing Boyuan Community, Shengjing Xinyuan Community, and Wanmin Xintiandi Residential Community (Phase II). Key Points:

• Each contract package has an independent budget and maximum price limit, requiring attention to specific subcontracting requirements.
• The project is positioned as supporting public toilets for residential communities, emphasizing harmony with the community environment.

III. Renovation and Upgrade Project for Public Restrooms in the Central Urban Area This project focuses on upgrading the quality of public toilets in core areas, with construction sites including four locations: the Sports Park on Huancheng North Road and the Riverside Park, involving a total of 12 public restrooms (11 for renovation and upgrade, and 1 for new construction). Tender Scope:

• Landscaping Works: Enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings of the public toilets.
• Outdoor Civil Works: Improving infrastructure such as drainage and ventilation. Bidding Results:

• Second-ranked Bidder: Shaanxi Zhongrong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (winning bid price: 5,458,471.09 yuan).
• Third-ranked Bidder: Shaanxi Tonghui Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (winning bid price: 5,464,399.07 yuan). The project determined the construction unit through public bidding, with the maximum bid price approved by the finance department at 5,467,358.86 yuan.
