The procurement includes 1,800 sets of PE integrated three-compartment septic tanks. The winning bidder is Yueyang Sutai Technology Co., Ltd., with a transaction amount of 1,989,000.00 yuan. The procurement and installation of such toilet fixtures help improve rural sanitation conditions and enhance the quality of life for rural residents.
Demonstration Project for Household Toilets Without Sewer Networks
Qingshui Village in Xinqiang Town, Yueyang County, serves as the first domestic demonstration site for the "Demonstration Project for Household Toilets Without Sewer Networks", showcasing significant innovation and demonstration value. This toilet adopts a self-treatment system capable of effectively removing pollutants and killing pathogens on-site, achieving compliant discharge of black and gray water. Notably, it can also purify black and gray water into reusable toilet-flushing water that meets the international standard ISO30500, enabling water resource recycling. The average daily black and gray water treatment capacity per household is approximately 200 liters, sufficient to meet the daily treatment needs of a four-person family. The project initially plans to cover 200 households, with the first 50 households already completed and in operation, providing a replicable model for toilet renovation in rural areas without sewer networks.
