Yichang Container House Recycling
There are relevant services and channels for container house recycling in Yichang, which can be achieved through second-hand container merchants, renewable resource recycling enterprises, and professional recycling platforms.
Recycling by Second-hand Container Merchants
Several local merchants in Yichang engaged in second-hand container business offer recycling services. For example, Mr. Lei from Wuhan Dafei Freight, Manager Luo from Shanghai Luxin Container, Manager Li from Shanghai Joen Container Co., Ltd., and Managers Lin and Guo from Shanghai Lanzhixin Industry all provide recycling services for 6-meter and 12-meter maritime containers, covering the entire Yichang area. These merchants usually also engage in the sale, rental, and leasing of containers, offering one-stop services.
Participation of Renewable Resource Recycling Enterprises
Yichang City is promoting the construction of a renewable resource recycling system, with some enterprises venturing into the field of container house recycling. For instance, Yichang Bohuan Renewable Resource Utilization Co., Ltd. has been recycling used containers, movable prefabricated houses, color-steel houses, etc., for a long time, and also provides services such as factory building demolition and equipment recycling. The Wuzhangshan Scrap Material Recycling Business in Lili Town, Wujiang District, also recycles containers, steel-structure factory buildings, color-steel houses, etc. These enterprises usually have the capacity for large-scale processing and can undertake bulk recycling demands.
Support from Professional Recycling Platforms and Solutions
The "Three-Year Action Plan for the Construction of a Renewable Resource Recycling System (2023-2025)" issued by the Yichang Municipal Government explicitly supports the construction of new container-type recycling stations using idle land and encourages leading enterprises to build a full-industry-chain recycling system. For example, the Yichang Branch of Hubei Yunding Hechuan Packing Box Engineering Co., Ltd. provides container house recycling and disassembly services, with business covering the entire Hubei Province. In addition, some enterprises offer online booking and offline door-to-door services through the "Internet + recycling" model, further facilitating the recycling process.
