Xicheng Prefabricated Integrated Housing
Xicheng prefabricated integrated housing is mainly reflected in the modular integrated construction technology used in the renovation of dilapidated buildings. Taking the renovation project of Building 28 in Area 1, Sanlihe, Xicheng District, Beijing as an example, its core features are as follows:

1. Modular Design and Industrial Production
The project adopts the modular integrated construction technology (MiC technology) developed by China Construction Hai Long. The entire building is scientifically divided into 156 prefabricated module units, covering six types of apartment layouts. Each module completes 90% of the processes, including structural pouring, thermal insulation treatment, pipeline embedding, and interior decoration, in the factory. After strict inspection, the modules are transported to the site. This 'industrial production' model significantly improves construction efficiency, shortening the construction period by about 75% compared to traditional methods, while reducing the complexity of on-site construction and human errors.
2. Intelligent Construction and Digital Twin Technology
The project uses digital twin technology to break down the building into standardized module units, enabling digital management throughout the design, production, transportation, and installation processes. Each module is equipped with a unique code, forming a digital archive of 'one code per room' to provide precise data support for later operation and maintenance. In addition, intelligent construction technology ensures high-precision assembly of the modules, with only lifting and connection required on-site, significantly reducing the environmental impact.
3. Green Construction and Environmental Benefits
The modular integrated construction adopts a 'factory prefabrication + on-site assembly' model, reducing on-site construction waste, material loss, and carbon emissions. According to statistics, this technology can reduce about 50% of construction waste and minimize noise and dust pollution during construction, aligning with the development trend of green buildings.
4. Policy Support and Approval Innovation
The Xicheng District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission has implemented an 'express approval' model, achieving same-day completion of four certificates, including land allocation and planning permits, setting a record for the 'start of construction upon land acquisition' speed in Xicheng. At the same time, combined with the precise service of 'one policy, one strategy, and one plan per household', customized renovation plans are tailored to residents' needs, driving the rapid progress of the project and reflecting the collaborative innovation of policies and technology.
Summary: Through modular design, industrial production, intelligent construction, and policy support, Xicheng prefabricated integrated housing has achieved efficient, green, and precise renovation of dilapidated buildings, providing a replicable technological paradigm for urban renewal.
