Admin September 20, 2026

A transportable mobile toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services to the public. It is suitable for various places and has multiple classification methods.

Suitable Places: Transportable mobile toilets are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. These places have a large flow of people, and the demand for toilet facilities can be temporary or fixed. Transportable mobile toilets can flexibly meet these needs. For example, during the peak tourist season, tourist attractions can flexibly increase or decrease the number of mobile toilets according to the number of tourists; during the construction period of large construction sites, mobile toilets can be set up in different areas according to the construction progress.

Composition Structure: It generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, moving device, etc. These components work together to ensure the normal use and mobility of the mobile toilet. For example, the fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and store fecal sewage, and the moving device makes it convenient to transport the entire toilet.

Classification Methods:

  • By structural form: It can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure mobile toilets are relatively independent and have a simple structure; composite-structure mobile toilets may be composed of multiple single units and have more complex functions.
  • By moving method: It is divided into lifting and handling mobile toilets, and powered and towed mobile toilets. Lifting and handling mobile toilets require the use of equipment such as cranes for movement; powered and towed mobile toilets have their own power or can be moved by vehicle towing.
  • By sewage treatment method: It is divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets treat feces through water flushing or suction; circulating water-flush mobile toilets can recycle the flushing water; dry-packing mobile toilets package feces in a dry form.

In addition, mobile accessible toilets and luxury mobile toilets also have the characteristic of easy transportation. Mobile accessible toilets integrate access ramps with the main body of the toilet for the convenience of disabled people; luxury mobile toilets are convenient for rental and transportation, and the overall transportation saves time and effort.
