Toilet Mobile Concert

Admin September 27, 2026

Mobile toilets are important public facilities at concerts, and their rental and operation involve a multi-stage systematic project.

Planning Phase: It is necessary to quantitatively assess the event, calculating the total number of attendees, gender ratio, event duration, venue space layout, and pedestrian flow patterns. This helps determine the peak usage numbers at different times and establish the total quantity and type ratio of facilities, including general toilet stalls, accessible toilet stalls, and sanitation vehicle numbers. For example, the needs differ between an outdoor music festival accommodating 20,000 people and an indoor performance with a significant gender imbalance and a duration of only three hours.

Equipment Selection and Configuration: Balance functionality with site constraints. Internal configurations involve technical parameters such as ventilation systems, lighting, handwashing facilities, and waste tank capacities. Ventilation ensures air circulation to prevent odor buildup; waste tank capacities should match expected usage frequencies and evacuation cycles to prevent overflow. The physical placement of equipment must integrate with venue safety plans, avoiding emergency evacuation routes, power lines, and primary viewing areas, and selecting locations with solid foundations and easy access for evacuation vehicles.

Maintenance and Evacuation During Operation: Maintenance involves standardized procedures for regular inspections, replenishing consumables, checking equipment status, and emptying waste tanks as scheduled. Efficient evacuation scheduling relies on predicting waste tank fullness, arranging dedicated vehicles to operate during times that do not interfere with the event (such as late at night or early morning), and ensuring subsequent waste disposal complies with environmental regulations, transporting it to designated disposal sites.

Core Pain Points Addressed by Organizers: In terms of quantity, allocate one toilet stall per 80 people, with the number of women's toilets being at least twice that of men's. For queuing, distribute facilities with one set per 80-1000 people, add urinal troughs/standing urinals in men's toilets, and deploy additional staff during peak times for guidance and分流 (diversion). For hygiene, assign one cleaner per 10-20 stalls for 10-20 minute巡回 (patrol) cleaning, provide sufficient toilet paper, hand soap, and disinfectant gel, place trash cans nearby, and adopt vacuum direct discharge/self-contained waste storage + later pumping to prevent overflow and odors.
