Taizhou Mobile Scenic Toilet Installation
The installation of mobile toilets in Taizhou scenic spots is usually included in the rental service, with the service provider responsible for on-site installation and commissioning. The entire process involves four key steps: site survey, preparation, pipe connection, and fixation.

Site Survey Phase: Confirm Compliance of Sewage Discharge Path
Before installation, a detailed site survey of the scenic spot is required, focusing on confirming the effectiveness and compliance of the sewage discharge path. The distance between the toilet installation location and the municipal sewage network or independent treatment system needs to be evaluated to ensure that the slope of the sewage pipes meets fluid dynamics standards (usually not less than 2%), preventing fecal residue or blockages due to insufficient slope. If there is no municipal sewage network in the scenic spot, the location of the septic tank or biological treatment system needs to be planned in advance to ensure that fecal waste can be transported to the treatment terminal through sealed pipes.
Site Preparation: Pour a Simple Foundation for Stability
Based on the size and weight of the mobile toilet container, the installation site needs to be leveled. If the scenic spot has soft soil or is in a coastal area with strong winds, a simple C20 concrete foundation (usually not less than 15cm thick) needs to be poured to ensure that the horizontal error of the container after placement does not exceed 5mm. The edge of the foundation needs to reserve slots for connecting the sewage pipes, with the slot depth matching the pipe diameter to avoid misalignment during later connection.
Sewage Pipe Connection: Sealing and Slope are Key
Pipe connection is the technical core of the installation process. Special PVC or HDPE sewage pipes should be used, with the pipe diameter selected according to the toilet model (usually 110mm or 160mm). When connecting, rubber sealing rings or hot-melt connection processes should be used to ensure no leakage at the joints. The pipes should be laid with a continuous slope, and a cleaning port should be installed at the end before connecting to the septic tank or treatment system for easy maintenance later. If the scenic spot is in a coastal area, insulation layers need to be wrapped around the pipes to prevent brittleness caused by low temperatures.
Fixation Step: Wind-Resistant Design for Harsh Weather
Coastal areas in Taizhou are often affected by typhoons, so mobile toilets need to be fixed with wind-resistant cables or anchor bolts. M12 anchor bolts need to be pre-buried at the four corners of the container, with a bolt depth of not less than 25cm, and the exposed parts need to be anti-corrosion treated. If installed on hard ground, chemical anchors can be used for fixation; if on soft ground, a concrete foundation needs to be poured and bolts pre-buried. The wind-resistant cables should be made of galvanized steel wires with a diameter of not less than 8mm, and the distance between the ground fixing points should not exceed 3m to ensure that the toilet can withstand winds of over 12 levels.
In addition, mobile toilets in Taizhou scenic spots are mostly made of environmentally friendly materials such as fiberglass-reinforced plastic or stainless steel, equipped with water-saving flushing devices (single flush water consumption ≤ 3L) and fecal waste treatment systems (such as microbial degradation or membrane separation technology). After use, fecal waste can be converted into organic fertilizer, achieving resource utilization and meeting ecological and environmental protection requirements.
