Suzhou Mobile Toilet Inspection

Admin September 23, 2026

The inspection of mobile toilets in Suzhou mainly includes testing for wind and earthquake resistance, structural safety, and overall quality assessment.

Building and structural verification: Inspectors will use tools such as handheld laser distance meters and steel tapes to conduct sampling verification of the building layout, including the distribution of toilet walls, the location and size of doors and windows, as well as the axial dimensions and height of structures, based on the original design documents provided by the client. This step aims to confirm whether the actual building structure of the mobile toilet matches the original design, providing basic data for subsequent inspections.

Inspection of structural damage: Focus on examining the main load-bearing components of the mobile toilet to check for signs of significant aging, deformation, etc. For the joints of load-bearing steel components, carefully inspect for any abnormalities, such as whether the connections between steel beams and columns are generally reliable, whether the welding is intact, and whether there are obvious cracks. Through these inspections, potential safety hazards in the structure can be promptly identified.

Structural safety calculation and analysis: Based on the "Building Structural Load Code" and on-site investigation findings, factors such as dead loads, live loads, wind loads, seismic actions, and material parameters are comprehensively considered. Combined with on-site inspection data and original design and construction documents, professional PKPM software is used to perform load-bearing capacity calculations and analysis on the mobile toilet structure. Through calculation and analysis, the structural safety of the mobile toilet under various loads is evaluated.

Steel material performance testing: Mainly for the steel structure part, non-destructive testing is performed on welds, and the mechanical properties of the steel are tested, including tensile strength, yield strength, and impact tests. However, this testing item is not mandatory and can be determined according to the owner's needs.

In addition, the housing inspection station will also conduct inspections in accordance with current relevant norms and procedures on aspects such as whether the exterior wall structure and roof of prefabricated mobile environmental toilets are equipped with thermal insulation layers, whether thermal insulation layers are laid on the exterior of pipelines and water tanks, and whether the components of the floor, steps, and roof are firmly connected to the overall structure. It will also assess the seismic fortification intensity and wind resistance.
