Sports Portable Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

A portable toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and placed at fixed or temporary locations to provide restroom services for the public and customers, commonly known as a Portable toilet.

Applicable Scenarios

Portable toilets are widely used in various scenarios due to their flexibility and convenience:

  • Public Places: In densely populated areas such as stations, docks, and squares, portable toilets can quickly supplement fixed toilet resources and alleviate restroom pressure during peak hours.
  • Tourist Attractions: In natural attractions or remote areas lacking infrastructure, portable toilets can provide temporary sanitation services and reduce environmental damage.
  • Temporary Events: For short-term events such as large exhibitions, music festivals, and sports events, portable toilets can be flexibly deployed according to crowd density and quickly removed after the event.
  • Construction Sites: In long-term construction projects, portable toilets can move with the progress of the project to meet the daily needs of workers while avoiding the construction costs of fixed toilets.
  • Emergency Rescue: After earthquakes, floods, and other disasters, portable toilets can be quickly put into use to solve sanitation problems in disaster areas and prevent the spread of diseases.

Structure and Classification

Portable toilets come in various designs and can be classified according to their structure, mobility, and sewage treatment methods:

  • Structural Forms:
    • Single-unit Structure: Independent units suitable for limited space or temporary needs, such as single- or double-stall toilets.
    • Composite Structure: Composed of multiple units, expandable to multiple stalls or including management rooms and barrier-free facilities, suitable for high-traffic scenarios.
  • Mobility Methods:
    • Lifting and Handling Type: Moved as a whole by forklifts or cranes, suitable for short-term fixed locations.
    • Powered and Trailer Type: Equipped with wheels or towing devices, can be towed by vehicles, suitable for frequently moved scenarios such as touring performances or road construction.
  • Sewage Treatment Methods:
    • Flush Type: Requires connection to a water source and uses a flushing system for cleaning, suitable for areas with water supply.
    • Waterless Suction Type: Uses a vacuum pump to suction feces, reducing water consumption, suitable for water-scarce areas.
    • Recirculating Flush Type: Recirculates water resources through filtration and disinfection systems, environmentally friendly and water-saving.
    • Dry Packing Type: Uses degradable bags to collect feces, requiring no water source, suitable for extreme environments or short-term events.

Specifications and Materials

Portable toilets come in various specifications, commonly with three or four stalls, and are fully equipped internally, including squat toilets, sinks, and lighting. In terms of materials, the exterior walls are often made of metal carved panels, which are waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and aesthetically pleasing; the frames are usually welded from galvanized square steel to ensure structural stability; the roofs may be covered with asphalt shingles or color steel plates to enhance waterproofing. Some high-end models are also equipped with air conditioning and ventilation systems to enhance user comfort.
