Specifications and Models of Mobile Toilets

Admin October 16, 2026

The specifications and models of mobile toilets are designed according to usage scenarios and functional requirements. Common types and parameters are as follows:

1. Single-Compartment Mobile Toilet

Size Range: Length 1.2-1.5 meters (basic models can be as short as 1.0-1.1 meters), width 1.0-1.2 meters (mini models as narrow as 1.0 meter), height 2.2-2.5 meters (basic models as low as 2.0 meters).
Suitable Scenarios: Construction sites, small events, temporary locations, and other scenarios with limited space or short-term use.
Design Features: Compact structure to meet basic toilet needs, mostly made of lightweight composite materials (such as fiberglass), equipped with a drainage system at the bottom.

2. Double-Compartment Mobile Toilet

Size Range: Length 2.4-3.0 meters (some specifications are 1.5-1.8 meters), width 1.2-1.5 meters, height 2.2-2.5 meters.
Suitable Scenarios: Large events, tourist attractions, music festivals, and other scenarios requiring simultaneous use by multiple people.
Design Features: Usually divided into independent toilet compartments inside, some equipped with sinks or storage space. Ensure a flat ground surface to avoid installation issues.

3. Multi-Functional/Luxury Mobile Toilet

Size Range: Length 3.0-4.5 meters (high-end models can be as short as 2.0 meters), width 2.0-2.5 meters, height 2.5-3.0 meters.
Suitable Scenarios: High-end events, long-term fixed locations (such as commercial complexes, core areas of tourist attractions).
Design Features: Equipped with an aroma system, independent lighting, non-slip floors, air conditioning, etc. Some adopt smart sensor flushing technology and must comply with the hygiene and safety requirements of the 'Urban Public Toilet Design Standard' (CJJ 14-2016).

4. Barrier-Free Mobile Toilet

Size Range: Standard specifications are length 1.8 meters, width 1.5 meters, height 2.4 meters (some are length 1.8 meters, width 1.1 meters, height 2.3 meters).
Suitable Scenarios: Large parks, entrance areas of tourist attractions, transportation hubs, and other places requiring services for disabled individuals.
Design Features: Reserved wheelchair turning space inside (diameter ≥ 1.5 meters), equipped with handrails, a toilet seat, and an emergency call device. The door width must be ≥ 0.9 meters to facilitate wheelchair access.

5. Mini Single-Person Model

Size Range: Length 1.0 meter, width 1.0 meter, height 2.2 meters.
Suitable Scenarios: Small exhibitions with high foot traffic, commercial streets, and other areas with compact space.
Design Features: Ultra-small volume to save space, but ensure the toilet compartment width is ≥ 0.9 meters and the sink height is 0.8-0.9 meters to meet basic usage comfort.

Precautions:

  1. When transporting, check road height and width restrictions (e.g., if the height exceeds 2.5 meters, plan the route in advance).
  2. Before renting or purchasing, select specifications based on foot traffic, budget, and special needs (such as environmental requirements, barrier-free facilities).
  3. For long-term use scenarios, it is recommended to choose corrosion-resistant materials (such as stainless steel frames), while for short-term events, economical fiberglass materials can be selected.
