Disassembly of a Single Mobile Toilet

Admin September 21, 2026

The complexity of disassembling a single mobile toilet varies depending on its type and design, and targeted methods should be selected based on the specific structure. Here are the key points for disassembling different types of mobile toilets:

I. Disassembly of a Portable Plastic Toilet

This type of toilet usually consists of three parts: a toilet seat, a waste storage tank, and a stand. The disassembly requires separating the components in order:

  1. Release the fixing device: Most stands are connected by rotating buckles. Press the buckle and rotate it counterclockwise by half a turn to separate the stand from the waste storage tank.
  2. Remove the hose: Use a flat-head screwdriver to gently pry open the plastic retaining ring at the connector, and pull the hose straight up. Avoid using excessive force to prevent damage to the connector.
  3. Separate the seat assembly: Open the toilet seat and observe the pivot. Use needle-nose pliers to grip both ends of the metal shaft and slowly pull it out. Be sure to keep the rubber shock absorber to prevent loss and ensure proper reassembly later.

II. Disassembly of a Solar-Powered Mobile Public Toilet

This type of toilet adopts a modular design, composed of multiple independent modules spliced together, and the disassembly process is relatively simplified:

  1. Unscrew the connecting bolts: The modules are fixed by bolts. Use a wrench or power tool to unscrew the bolts one by one, and record the bolt specifications and quantities for reassembly.
  2. Separate the modules: After the bolts are removed, each module can be moved separately. Use lifting equipment or a forklift to assist in moving to prevent the modules from tilting and damaging the internal equipment.
  3. Store the modules: The disassembled modules should be stored in a dry and ventilated place. The solar panels should be protected from direct sunlight to prevent battery aging.

III. General Disassembly Process for Common Mobile Toilets

If the toilet has no special design, follow these steps:

  1. Prepare tools and protective gear: Equip yourself with tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers, and wear protective gear like gloves and goggles to prevent scratches or foreign objects from entering your eyes.
  2. Turn off the water and power supply: Cut off the water supply valve and the power switch to avoid water leakage or electric shock accidents during disassembly.
  3. Remove the connectors: Use tools to remove connectors such as water pipes, drainage pipes, and power cords, and mark the wire routing for subsequent installation.
  4. Move and secure: Use a jack or crane to move the toilet from its original position, place it on a stable ground, and secure it to prevent sliding.
  5. Clean up the site: Remove the garbage and residues generated during disassembly to keep the environment clean.
  6. Inspect and store the equipment: Check whether the disassembled equipment is intact, classify and store it, and take moisture-proof measures.
