Simple Toilet for Mobile Indoor Home Use

Admin October 02, 2026

It is feasible to use a simple toilet for mobile indoor home use, with various types and features available for selection.

Indoor Mobile Toilet

An indoor mobile toilet is a common form of simple toilet for mobile indoor home use. It can be placed beside the bed in the bedroom, which is very convenient for elderly people with mobility issues, patients, or those who need to get up frequently at night. This type of mobile toilet is usually designed to be relatively compact, not taking up too much space, and can meet basic toilet needs. Its structure is relatively simple, generally including a toilet seat ring, a feces storage container, and other parts. It is also relatively easy to clean after use, and some products are equipped with odor-proof designs to reduce odor emission and enhance the user experience.

Overall Facilities of Mobile Toilets

As a facility that can be moved as a whole and set up at locations with fixed or temporary needs, mobile toilets are also suitable for indoor home use. They generally consist of multiple parts:

  • Fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device): This is one of the core parts of a mobile toilet, used for storing or treating fecal sewage. Different treatment methods determine the type of mobile toilet. For example, flush and non-flush suction-type mobile toilets: the former requires a water connection for flushing, while the latter collects fecal sewage into the storage tank through suction. Recirculating flush-type mobile toilets can recycle the flushing water to save water resources. Dry-packing mobile toilets collect feces in packing bags without using water.
  • Sanitary ware: Including toilets, urinals, etc., providing basic toilet equipment.
  • Walls and roof: Forming the enclosed space of the mobile toilet, ensuring the privacy and safety of users, and also providing some wind and rain protection.
  • Mobile device: Depending on the moving method, there are lifting and handling types, powered and towed types, etc., facilitating movement and arrangement at different locations.

Classification by Structure and Moving Method

Mobile toilets can be classified into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets according to their structural forms; and into lifting and handling mobile toilets, powered and towed mobile toilets according to their moving methods. Users can choose the appropriate type based on factors such as the indoor space size, usage needs, and moving convenience.
