Shanghai Mobile Smart Toilet Inspection
Shanghai mobile smart toilet inspection mainly includes aspects such as building structure verification, structural damage condition inspection, structural safety calculation and analysis, and steel material performance testing.

Building and structural verification: This is the fundamental step of the inspection. Inspectors will use tools such as handheld laser rangefinders and steel tapes to conduct sampling verification of the building layout, including the distribution of toilet walls, the positions and sizes of doors and windows, as well as the axis dimensions and heights of structures, based on the original design documents of the toilet provided by the client. Through this step, it can be ensured that the actual building structure of the toilet matches the original design, and any possible deviations or errors can be promptly identified, providing accurate basic data for subsequent inspection work.
Inspection of structural damage conditions: Inspectors will conduct a comprehensive and detailed inspection of all damage and defect conditions of the mobile toilet. They will focus on whether significant aging or deformation phenomena occur in the main load-bearing components, whether there are abnormalities at the node connections of load-bearing steel components, whether the connections between steel beams and steel columns are reliable, and whether the welds are intact and free of obvious cracks. These inspections can promptly identify potential safety hazards in the toilet structure and provide a basis for subsequent maintenance and reinforcement.
Structural safety calculation and analysis: Based on the "Building Structural Load Code" (GB50009 - 2012) and on-site investigation conditions, factors such as dead loads, live loads, wind loads, seismic actions, and material parameters are comprehensively considered. Combined with on-site inspection data, original design and construction documents, the PKPM software is used to conduct load-bearing capacity calculation and analysis of the mobile toilet structure. Through this analysis, the safety of the toilet structure under various loads can be evaluated, and it can be determined whether it meets design requirements and safety standards for use.
Steel material performance testing: Mainly for the steel structure part, non-destructive testing is carried out on welds, and the mechanical properties of steel materials are tested, including tensile strength, yield strength, and impact tests. However, this inspection item is not mandatory but is determined according to the needs of the owner.
In addition, as a third-party inspection institution specializing in building inspection, structural monitoring, engineering inspection, and assessment and appraisal, the Shanghai Building Quality Inspection Station holds recognized certificates such as CMA and CNAS and can provide mobile toilet inspection services.
