Images of Self-Made Mobile Toilets

Admin September 26, 2026

Currently, images of self-made mobile toilets cannot be provided directly, but two self-made plans are introduced for reference:

Plan 1: Water Storage Tank-Type Mobile Toilet

  • Main Structure: Select a food-grade PE water storage tank (recommended capacity of 100L), which has stable chemical properties and can safely come into contact with human waste. Install universal wheels with brakes at the bottom of the tank (the load-bearing capacity should be over 50kg) to ensure flexible movement and stable fixation. Drill two holes on the side of the tank: one for connecting the outlet pipe (install a 2-分管 and a small faucet for easy water extraction and cleaning), and the other for installing an overflow pipe (to prevent water from overflowing when the level is too high).
  • External Frame: Use PVC pipes to build a square frame measuring 1.2m×0.8m, and wrap it with Oxford cloth waterproof fabric on the outside, which is lightweight and effectively prevents splashing. A ventilation opening should be reserved at the top to avoid the accumulation of odors inside.
  • Functional Components: Place a folding toilet on the tank (it is recommended to use a type with degradable plastic bags for easy cleaning). Place a small sink next to it and connect it to the outlet pipe of the water storage tank to form a simple cleaning system. This plan is suitable for use in families or temporary venues, with low cost and reusability.

Plan 2: Mineral Water Bottle-Type Simple Portable Toilet

  • Main Structure: Use an empty 5-jin mineral water bottle as a storage container. Insert a plastic pipe into the bottle (the length should exceed half of the bottle's depth), and connect a small bottle cut in half at the top end (the bottle mouth should be tightly wrapped with tape and fixed to the plastic pipe). This design guides waste into the bottle through the plastic pipe, and the small bottle serves as a splash guard.
  • Usage Scenarios: This plan has a simple structure and is lightweight, suitable for short-term use during outdoor activities or emergencies. However, it is necessary to clean up the waste in the bottle in a timely manner to avoid the spread of odors.

Precautions:

  • Ensure that all components are tightly connected during production to prevent water leakage or loosening.
  • Clean and disinfect regularly to avoid the growth of bacteria.
  • If degradable plastic bags are used, dispose of them according to local waste classification requirements.
