Construction Plan for Prefabricated Houses in Scenic Areas

Admin September 18, 2026

The construction plan for prefabricated houses in scenic areas should be implemented in stages, covering construction preparation, foundation engineering, main structure installation, differentiated construction, and project duration and cost control. The specific key points are as follows:

I. Construction Preparation Stage

  1. Drawing Review and Technical Disclosure: Verify the dimensions of prefabricated components, the construction of connection nodes, and the installation sequence. Prepare a specialized construction plan, clarify lifting parameters, precision control standards, and acceptance requirements, and conduct technical disclosure to construction personnel.
  2. Site Preparation: After site leveling, use a 200mm thick graded gravel cushion + 150mm thick C20 concrete for hardening. Set up drainage ditches and collection wells; divide the site into material storage areas, processing areas, and lifting operation areas. Install a tower crane (such as the QTZ80 model) and complete load testing.
  3. Component Inspection and Storage: Check the concrete strength (≥100% of the design strength), appearance quality (surface flatness ≤5mm/2m), dimensional deviations (cross-section ±5mm, length ±10mm), and positional deviations of reserved holes (≤10mm); stack components in zones according to the installation sequence, with a stacking height of ≤3 layers and wooden blocks placed between layers.
  4. Material and Measurement Control: Reinforcing steel bars and water and electricity pipelines must have certification and retest reports; establish a construction control network with 6 permanent control points, with a planar positional error ≤15mm; release axis and elevation control lines before foundation construction, with an error controlled within ±3mm.

II. Foundation Engineering Construction

  1. Excavation and Inspection of Foundation Pits: Use a backhoe excavator for excavation, over-excavate by 300mm, and then manually clean the foundation base; set a slope gradient of 1:0.5 and a 300mm wide drainage ditch. During inspection, check the foundation base elevation deviation (±50mm), axis positional deviation (≤50mm), and foundation bearing capacity (≥180kPa).
  2. Construction of Reinforced Concrete Strip Foundations: Bind foundation reinforcing bars (with a protective layer thickness of 40mm and a spacing deviation of ±20mm), set up formwork (18mm thick multi-layer board + square timber back ribs), pour C30 concrete (with a slump of 180±20mm), and cure for ≥14 days until the strength reaches 75% before proceeding with construction; set a 20mm thick cement mortar leveling layer on the foundation top surface, and use Q235B grade steel for embedded steel plates.

III. Main Structure Installation

  1. Lifting Equipment and Sequence: Select a 25t truck crane in combination with a tower crane, and use a specialized lifting beam for lifting equipment; the lifting sequence is exterior wall panels → interior wall panels → composite floor slabs → stairs → balcony panels. Each house is divided into 3 flow sections, with the sequence of “exterior first, interior second; bottom first, top second” within each section.
  2. Lifting Parameters and Safety: When lifting exterior wall panels, the angle between the lifting equipment and the component should be ≥60°, and the lifting speed should be ≤0.5m/s; composite floor slabs should be lifted at 4 points, with a horizontal angle of the lifting ropes between 45° and 60°; set up a warning zone during lifting, with a radius of 10m where standing is strictly prohibited.

IV. Key Points of Differentiated Construction (Scenic Area Scenarios)

  1. Technical Adaptation: In hot and humid environments in South China, multiple anti-corrosion and moisture-proof treatments are required for wood to reduce the risk of decay and insect infestation.
  2. Style Customization: Support customization in styles such as Nordic and vintage; high-recognition products (such as triangular wooden houses) can be used for attracting visitors.
  3. Functional Facilities: Plan experience areas and task points, and provide facilities such as bonfire sites and hiking trails to enhance the visitor experience.

V. Project Duration and Cost Control

  1. Project Duration Assessment: Under ideal conditions, a small standardized wooden house can be completed in two days (foundation treatment and frame installation on the first day, and installation of doors, windows, floors, and water and electricity debugging on the second day); complex projects require on-site surveys before reassessment.
  2. Cost Estimation: The cost of a basic courtyard leisure wooden house ranges from 1800 to 2800 yuan/㎡, while the cost of customized projects (such as irregular shapes and high-grade logs) is ≥4000 yuan/㎡; it is necessary to include foundations, water and electricity, and outdoor facilities in the overall budget to avoid underpricing and omissions.
