Quality of Container Mobile Toilets
The quality of container mobile toilets is influenced by various factors, including materials, structure, and the technical qualifications and management standardization of the manufacturing enterprise.

Materials: Different materials determine the product's service life and safety. For the container body, it is recommended to use weather-resistant steel (such as Q355NH) with a thickness of at least 1.5mm and a salt spray test duration of at least 500 hours. This material can adapt well to various environments, ensuring the durability of the container body. For corrosion prevention, hot-dip galvanizing (with a zinc layer thickness of at least 80μm) or plastic spraying (with a thickness of at least 60μm) can be used to effectively prevent rust and corrosion of the container body. Internally, antibacterial PP panels (with a thickness of at least 5mm) can be used. These panels have antibacterial properties, ensuring the hygiene inside the toilet. The friction coefficient of the non-slip floor should be at least 0.6 to prevent people from slipping and ensure safety during use.
Structure: A welded steel structure frame is adopted, which can meet the strength requirements for frequent movement and lifting, ensuring the stability of the toilet in different usage scenarios. The frame surface is coated with container-specific anti-rust primer and topcoat, which have good resistance to acids, alkalis, and salt spray, extending the service life of the frame. The wall panels are usually made of heat-insulating foam color-steel sandwich panels or rock wool sandwich panels, which not only provide heat insulation but also ensure the strength of the walls. Components such as sewage treatment tanks are made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), which has good resistance to acids, alkalis, and salt spray on its surface, ensuring the normal operation of sewage treatment components.
Manufacturing Enterprise: Quality is also related to the technical qualifications and management standardization of the manufacturing enterprise. For example, Dezhou Muda Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. has an AAA-level enterprise credit rating and has passed three certifications: the quality management system, the environmental management system, and the occupational health and safety management system. It successfully completed the recertification in 2025, indicating a high level of management standardization in the industry. Such enterprises can operate strictly in accordance with standards during the production process, with strict control over raw material procurement, production processes, and quality inspection. The container mobile toilets they produce are likely to have better quality assurance.
