Installation of High-Quality Mobile Toilets
Admin October 13, 2026
The installation of high-quality mobile toilets requires control over two aspects: pre-installation assessment and planning, and core operations during the installation process. The specific key points are as follows:

Comprehensive Assessment and Planning Before Installation
- Site Survey and Analysis:
- Ground Conditions: Evaluate the load-bearing capacity, flatness, and geological conditions of the installation ground. The ideal site is a solid and flat cement floor, asphalt surface, or compacted and leveled soil foundation. Soft, uneven, or steeply sloped ground requires pre-treatment, such as laying steel plates, pouring concrete platforms, or leveling and compacting earthwork.
- Space and Access: Measure to ensure there is sufficient space to accommodate the toilet unit, reserving buffer areas for use, cleaning and maintenance access, and locations for septic tanks or pipe connections. Ensure unobstructed access for transport vehicles, avoiding obstacles such as low-hanging trees, power lines, and narrow intersections.
- Surrounding Environment: Consider wind direction to avoid installing the toilet upwind of activity areas. Assess the availability of nearby water and power sources, as well as sewage discharge paths. Consider privacy to avoid facing main pedestrian or viewing areas.
- Functional Facility Confirmation:
- Water Supply and Drainage System: Determine whether to use an independent circulation system or connect to municipal or temporary water supply and drainage networks. If connecting, precisely plan the pipeline laying route, connection points, and burial depth to ensure compliance with local drainage regulations.
- Power Supply: When the equipment has electrical functions, plan a safe and stable power access solution in advance, including cable specifications, laying methods, distribution box location, and leakage protection measures.
- Ventilation and Septic Treatment: Confirm the ventilation method and plan the exhaust duct outlet. For non-direct-discharge toilets, reasonably plan the septic tank capacity, location, and cleaning operation space based on usage frequency and the number of users.
- Compliance and Safety Pre-review: Understand and comply with relevant regulations, checking whether the installation location has underground municipal facilities such as cables, optical fibers, or gas pipelines, and avoiding or taking protective measures. In areas with severe weather, develop wind and flood fixation plans in advance.
Core Operation Points During Installation
- Equipment Transportation and Positioning: Use professional transport vehicles driven by experienced personnel, and secure the equipment during transportation.
- Specific Installation Steps:
- Prepare tools such as an electric drill, 4.2mm drill bit, and rivet gun.
- Install the inner corners sequentially, insert the panels into the slots, align them, drill holes with the drill bit, insert rivets, and secure them with the rivet gun.
- Install the toilet flange, align the center of the flange with the center of the sewer pipe, and then position the toilet correctly.
- Install the angle valve and the tee connecting the water inlet and the spray head, screw on the toilet water inlet hose, assemble the toilet spray head, tighten the sealing gasket, connect it to the other end of the tee, and clamp the spray head bracket onto the top of the tee.
- Apply sealant after the toilet water test is successful.
