Mobile Toilets for Construction Sites and Public Areas
Mobile toilets for construction sites and public areas are portable sanitation facilities suitable for construction sites and other locations, offering advantages such as mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation.

Composition and Structure
They are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Based on structural form, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. According to mobility methods, they can be categorized as lifting and handling mobile toilets, and powered and towed mobile toilets. Based on sewage treatment methods, they include flush and non-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating flush mobile toilets, and dry-pack mobile toilets.
Design Principles
The design adheres to principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability, environmental protection and ecological benefits, and enhancing efficiency and promoting humanity. The overall structure is designed to be lightweight, utilizing lightweight and durable materials while ensuring structural robustness. Design considerations also include controlling the height and width of the toilets, ensuring mobile devices are comprehensive and reasonable to facilitate transportation to construction sites and other locations requiring toilet installations, and enabling repeated use.
Features of Mobile Environmental Protection Public Toilets
The frame is welded using national standard steel, with surfaces covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, offering a service life of over 20 years. Internally, they are equipped with independent toilet pit partition treatment systems, with urine channels utilizing gravity flow and fecal channels cleaned by piston-type scraper mechanical devices. They also feature non-slip floors, automatic flush toilets, and ventilation and lighting systems, complying with GBLT18091-92 standards. Exterior wall materials can be selected based on customer requirements or the surrounding environment of the usage location, including color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, stainless steel plates, and aluminum-plastic panels. The main structure is welded using national standard light steel keels, meeting overall lifting requirements. Standard configurations include toilet bowls (urinals), coat hooks, vanity mirrors, waste bins, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, door locks, and occupancy indicators, while optional configurations include heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, freeze protection systems, heating systems, background music, sinks, and water-saving faucets.
