Prefabricated Two-Story House
Prefabricated two-story houses possess characteristics such as efficiency, environmental friendliness, and safety, with practical cases implemented in multiple locations.

Efficiency:
In the Yuyao, Zhejiang case, core components such as walls and floor slabs are produced in a standardized manner in factories and assembled on-site according to drawings. Each wall has 9 pre-embedded connection nodes, which are precisely spliced using high-strength bolts, enabling completion of construction in just 7 days. In the Shuangquan Community project in Mingfeng Town, Yuan'an County, Yichang, Hubei, an assembled monolithic concrete frame structural system was adopted, with the main structure completed in 15 days and external decoration completed in 14 days, reducing the total construction period by approximately 50% compared to traditional cast-in-place methods. In the Jinjiafan Village project in Yuxi Town, Dangyang City, a 290-square-meter house took only just over 10 days from foundation excavation to completion of the main structure, significantly improving construction efficiency.
Environmental Friendliness:
Standardized factory production reduces on-site wet operations (such as concrete pouring), lowering dust, noise, and construction waste pollution. In the Yichang, Hubei case, the prefabricated structure produces components using steel molds, with errors controlled at the millimeter level, preventing material waste caused by dimensional deviations in traditional construction from the source. Additionally, material usage can be optimized during component production, reducing resource consumption and aligning with green building concepts.
Safety:
The Yuyao, Zhejiang case achieves an earthquake-resistant, waterproof, thermal-insulated, and intelligent integrated design through pre-embedded connection nodes and high-strength bolt splicing technology, meeting structural safety requirements. In the Yichang, Hubei case, components produced in factories have errors controlled within 3 millimeters, effectively avoiding issues such as water leakage and cracks caused by human operations in traditional construction. Furthermore, by carefully selecting thermal insulation materials and pre-installed plumbing fixtures, the durability and usability safety of the house are further enhanced.
Customization and Economy:
The Yuan'an County project in Yichang, Hubei supports users in choosing different housing module combinations to meet diverse needs, reflecting the customized design advantages of prefabricated buildings. In terms of economy, the main structural cost of the Yuan'an County project is 930 yuan per square meter, lower than the conventional cast-in-place cost of 1000-1100 yuan per square meter, demonstrating cost competitiveness. The assembled two-story villa launched by Changda Construction Technology adds garage functionality through a semi-elevated design, optimizing space utilization and further reflecting the functional flexibility of prefabricated buildings.
