1. Cement House Mould: It has evolved from traditional large steel building formwork. It has undergone four generations of technological upgrades: the first generation features a simple structure; the second generation enables the formation of vertical walls; the third generation supports multi-size adjustments; the fourth generation adopts a fully automatic hydraulic system and integrates electric vibration functions. The mould can be reused for about 5 - 8 years, with wall thicknesses ranging from 14 - 17 cm and panel thicknesses from 10 - 13 cm. It can prefabricate components in a centralized manner to shorten the construction period and is suitable for the production needs of housing factories of different scales.
2. New Modular Concrete Prefabricated House Mould: It is divided into an exterior mould and an inner lining mould, which can cast concrete into a five-faced box. It has the characteristics of easy assembly and disassembly and flexible customization, but the mould cost is relatively high.
3. Fezhm Fully Automatic 3D Prefabricated House Mould: It uses a fully automatic hydraulic mould, doubling efficiency without manual labor. It can produce two rooms a day, with mould opening and closing taking no more than 3 minutes.
