Development Status

Integrated housing exhibitions are usually organized by exhibition companies and held annually in major cities such as Guangzhou and Beijing. After years of development, they have become significant events in the industry. Taking the 2025 Beijing Housing Expo as an example, its 22nd edition was held from November 6 to 9 at the Shougang International Convention and Exhibition Center. Approved by the Ministry of Commerce and supported by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, it was organized by units such as the Technology and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, reflecting the high standard and authority of the exhibition.

Organizers

The organizers are diverse, mainly including institutions under national ministries and commissions, national industry associations, and professional exhibition companies. For instance, the Technology and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is one of the organizers of the China International Exhibition on New Building Industrialization and Prefabricated Construction (China Housing Expo). Some important exhibitions are jointly organized by multiple units. For example, the organizers of the China Housing Expo also include the China Real Estate Association and the China Architecture Culture Center. Large-scale local exhibitions may also be organized by professional exhibition companies, such as the Guangzhou International Integrated Housing Industry Expo, which is organized by Guangdong Hongwei International Exhibition Group Co., Ltd.

• Products: It covers various types of integrated prefabricated housing, such as light-steel houses, modular houses, container houses, and other series, as well as wooden villas, bamboo-wood houses, and various color-steel movable houses and combined hoisting houses. • Technologies, Components, and Equipment: These are closely related to building industrialization, such as prefabricated construction (interior decoration industrialization, prefabricated decoration), new energy-efficient doors and windows, curtain wall shading systems, integrated bathrooms, and integrated home furnishings.

At the Engineering Consulting and Construction Services Exhibition Area of the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services, the E-MIC prefabricated concrete box-type housing system was displayed.
