Prefabricated Concrete Mobile House
Prefabricated concrete mobile houses generally refer to modular buildings that achieve rapid construction through factory-prefabricated modules and on-site assembly, featuring standardization, integration, and high flexibility.

Construction Mode and Core Features
Prefabricated concrete mobile houses adopt a modular design, dividing the building into independent modules (such as prefabricated concrete modules, prefabricated beams, and prefabricated slabs). After completing structural manufacturing, pipeline embedding, and decoration in the factory, these modules are transported to the construction site for assembly. For example, the E-MIC system of China Construction First Bureau utilizes digital technology for component splitting and unit combination simulation, shifting traditional on-site operations to the factory and forming a standardized and integrated production process. Its core advantages include high construction efficiency, minimal waste, and safety comparable to traditional buildings. However, due to transportation constraints, module width must be controlled, which can be addressed through split transportation (e.g., dividing living room modules for transport).
Differences from Traditional Prefabricated Buildings
Traditional prefabricated buildings mostly involve component assembly on-site, whereas prefabricated concrete mobile houses have a higher degree of “front-end factory construction”—the basic building units (modules, beams, slabs) are fully or mostly constructed in the factory, with only assembly and connection required on-site. This approach reduces on-site wet operations, shortens the construction period, and allows for more flexible spatial arrangements, making it suitable for diverse scenarios such as urban renewal and old community renovations.
Application Scenarios and Performance Parameters
Common concrete prefabricated house villas on the market (e.g., hoisted products) are priced from approximately 255 yuan per square meter (for orders of 1,000 square meters or more). Made of reinforced concrete, they have a service life exceeding 50 years, with snow load and wind resistance ratings of up to Level 8. Customizable in size and specifications, these houses are widely used as temporary residences, construction site offices, dormitories, rural villas, and shops. In terms of performance, factory-standardized production ensures structural strength, while modular design supports rapid assembly/disassembly and reuse, reducing lifecycle costs.
Limitations
Despite their significant advantages, prefabricated concrete mobile houses still face transportation constraints: module width is restricted by road transportation regulations (typically not exceeding 3 meters), requiring split transportation and on-site reassembly for oversized modules, which may increase costs and construction time. Additionally, modular design demands high design standardization, with personalized needs met through module combinations, potentially limiting the realization of some complex designs.
