Prefabricated Concrete House Assembly
Admin September 18, 2026
Prefabricated concrete houses are assembled-type houses built through factory production and modular assembly, with prefabricated reinforced concrete modules as the core. The core processes, advantages, and construction process are as follows:

Core Processes Prefabricated concrete houses adopt the "factory prefabrication + on-site assembly" model. At specialized production bases, core components such as walls, floors, and beams are cast in one go using high-precision molds. Each module integrates multiple structures including a steel reinforcement framework, insulation layers, waterproof layers, and pre-embedded pipelines, forming flexible "building blocks".
Main Advantages
- Fast Construction Speed: A single 30㎡ module takes only 7 days for factory prefabrication. During on-site installation, three workers with a crane can complete a single module installation in 4 hours, and the overall construction of a 100㎡ house takes only 2 days. A two-story reinforced concrete shell house can be completed in about two weeks.
- Lower Cost: Taking a 120㎡ self-built rural house as an example, the cost of a traditional brick-and-mortar structure is about 180,000-220,000 yuan, while the cost of the main modules of a concrete house is only 120,000-150,000 yuan. Including interior and exterior decoration, the total cost can be controlled within 200,000 yuan, reducing the overall cost by 30%, or about 300 yuan per square meter. If a leasing model is chosen, the annual rent can be as low as 5,000 yuan per room.
- Green and Environmentally Friendly: The factory production process achieves a 95% recycling rate of off-cuts, with no dust or sewage emissions at the construction site, and construction waste is only 10% of that of traditional house construction. Environmentally friendly concrete and water-based paints are used, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.05mg/m³, far below the national standard (0.1mg/m³), allowing for "immediate occupancy upon installation".
- Reliable Quality: C30-C40 grade concrete is used, with built-in Φ8-Φ12 steel reinforcement meshes, achieving a compressive strength of 25-30MPa, 1.5 times that of traditional brick-and-mortar structures. The walls have pre-reserved slots for EPS insulation layers, improving thermal insulation performance by 40%. Modules are connected using pre-stressed bolts + welded steel plates, with a wind resistance rating of 10 and a seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees, and a warranty period of 70 years.
Construction Process
- Factory Prefabrication of Components: Assemble metal molds and apply release agents, place steel reinforcement meshes and connectors, pour concrete, vibrate to remove air bubbles, smooth the surface, cover with plastic sheds, and heat to promote hydration reactions.
- Transportation of Components: Transport the prefabricated concrete components to the construction site.
- On-site Construction: Excavate foundation pits about 1 meter deep, lay moisture-proof PE films, pour "discarded concrete" as the base, install guide steel plates to position the prefabricated concrete piles after solidification, and finally assemble the house modules.
