Prefabricated Assembled Concrete House
Admin September 18, 2026
The prefabricated assembled concrete house is a prefabricated building constructed through factory-based production and modular assembly, with prefabricated reinforced concrete modules as its core. Its core process involves prefabricating core components such as walls, floors, beams, and columns in the factory. Each module integrates a steel reinforcement framework, insulation layer, waterproof layer, and pre-embedded piping structures, and is connected on-site using pre-stressed bolts and welded steel plates to form an overall framework.

Key features are as follows:
- Fast construction speed: It takes only 7 days to prefabricate a single 30㎡ module in the factory, with extremely high on-site installation efficiency. For example, three workers with a crane can complete the installation of a single module in 4 hours. A 100㎡ house can be fully constructed in just 2 days, and the main structure of a 200㎡ villa can be completed in 4 hours, saving 90% of the time compared to traditional construction. During the Jishishan earthquake in Gansu, 2,000 relief houses were built within 72 hours, demonstrating its emergency construction capabilities.
- Lower cost: Taking a 120㎡ self-built rural house as an example, the cost of a traditional brick-and-concrete structure is approximately 180,000 to 220,000 yuan, while the cost of the main modules of a concrete house is only 120,000 to 150,000 yuan. Including interior and exterior decoration, the total cost can be controlled within 200,000 yuan, reducing the overall cost by 30%. The cost of the main structure of a 100㎡ house is approximately 100,000 to 120,000 yuan, which is 30% cheaper than a brick-and-concrete structure. If a leasing model is chosen, the annual rent can be as low as 5,000 yuan per room.
- High safety performance: It uses C30-C40 grade concrete with built-in Φ8-Φ12 steel reinforcement meshes, achieving a compressive strength of 25-30MPa, which is 1.5 times that of traditional brick-and-concrete structures. It has a wind resistance rating of Level 10 and an earthquake resistance design intensity of Magnitude 7 (equivalent to the destructive force of the Wenchuan earthquake). In actual tests, a C35 concrete framework with thickened steel reinforcements can withstand a Level 12 typhoon, and earthquake simulation tests show that the house only sways by 3 centimeters.
- Environmentally friendly: The factory-based production process achieves a 95% recovery rate of off-cuts, with no dust or sewage emissions on the construction site, and construction waste is only 10% of that of traditional house building. Environmentally friendly concrete and water-based paints are used, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.05mg/m³, far below the national standard (0.1mg/m³), enabling 'immediate occupation upon installation'. The pre-embedded insulation layer design can save 50% on heating costs in winter.
- Flexible layout: The standard module size is 6m×3m×3m (length, width, and height), and户型(此处英文直接翻译“户型”不准确,结合语境改为“the house layout”) can be freely combined through horizontal splicing or vertical stacking (up to 3 floors), making it suitable for various scenarios such as self-built rural houses and cultural tourism homestays.
Limitations: The module shapes are fixed. If special designs such as rounded balconies are required, an additional 20% customization fee is needed.
