How to Assemble Outdoor Portable Toilets

Admin September 28, 2026

The assembly of outdoor portable toilets requires selecting the appropriate method based on the type. Here are the common types and assembly steps:

I. Assembly of General-Purpose Portable Toilets

  1. Tool Preparation: An electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun are required.
  2. Installation Steps:
    • Corner Installation: Fix the corner components onto the frame one by one to ensure structural stability.
    • Panel Assembly: Insert the panels into the slots, align the edges, and assemble them into a complete wall. Ensure that the gaps between the panels are even.
    • Secure Connection: Drill holes at the joints, insert rivets, and use a rivet gun to reinforce them, ensuring that all connection points are secure.

II. On-Site Installation of Jiaozuo Rental Portable Toilets

  1. Pre-Installation Preparation:
    • Site Requirements: Choose a flat and solid ground, avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, and reserve a 0.5-meter working space.
    • Tool Inspection: Ensure that tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers are complete. Prepare auxiliary tools such as anti-slip gloves and tape measures, and arrange for dedicated personnel to assist with the installation.
  2. Installation Steps:
    • Positioning the Main Body: Move the toilet main body to the designated location by lifting or dragging, and adjust the bottom legs to a horizontal position.
    • Drainage Connection: Connect the drainage pipe to the municipal sewer or collection tank, and check the tightness of the joints to ensure no leakage.
    • Water and Electricity Connection: The external power supply must be operated by a professional electrician. Connect the water inlet to a clean water source to avoid contamination.
    • Internal Inspection: Test the functions of the door, lock, and flushing system, and clean up sharp objects or debris inside to prevent injuries during use.
  3. Post-Installation Precautions: Clean the surrounding area and place a 'Cleaned' sign. Request the rental company to explain the usage method and conduct daily inspections during the event.

III. Assembled Portable Toilets (Prefabricated Buildings)

For large toilets (e.g., 5 meters wide and 8 meters long), if there is insufficient space on-site, the toilet should be divided into two parts in the factory and then transported to the site for assembly into male and female toilet areas. When assembling, align the interfaces of the divided surfaces and fix them with bolts or welding to ensure structural integrity.

Precautions: Read the product manual carefully before assembly and adjust the steps according to the actual model. For operations involving water and electricity, they must be carried out by professionals to avoid safety hazards.
