Smoking Control Measures for Outdoor Mobile Toilets
The smoking control measures for outdoor mobile toilets mainly include an absolute smoking ban, fire safety design, the establishment of independent smoking areas, the configuration of safety facilities, and circuit safety inspections.

Absolute Smoking Ban: This is the most fundamental and direct smoking control measure. Inside the mobile toilet, smoking is explicitly prohibited, and no-smoking signs are prominently displayed outside the toilet to remind users to comply with the regulations. This measure aims to eliminate smoking within the mobile toilet from the source, reducing the risk of fire and the impact of secondhand smoke on the health of others.
Fire Safety Design: Considering that cigarette butts may cause fires, mobile toilets are equipped with smoke alarms and automatic fire extinguishing devices. The center of a cigarette butt can reach temperatures above 700℃. Once smoke is generated by a cigarette butt, the smoke alarm will immediately sound an alert, and the automatic fire extinguishing device will quickly activate to promptly extinguish the fire source, eliminating fire hazards and ensuring the safe use of the mobile toilet.
Establishment of Independent Smoking Areas: Some mobile toilets adopt a design concept that integrates with smoking booths and specifically set up independent smoking areas. These areas are equipped with negative pressure exhaust systems and high-efficiency filtration devices. The negative pressure exhaust system can rapidly expel the smoke generated by smoking, while the high-efficiency filtration device can purify the air, effectively isolating and purifying the air to prevent the spread of secondhand smoke to other areas, providing smokers with a relatively independent space that does not affect others.
Configuration of Safety Facilities: In the independent smoking areas, specially designed containers for collecting cigarette ash and butts are placed. The design of these containers meets fire safety requirements, preventing the随意丢弃 (random disposal) of cigarette ash and butts from causing fires and ensuring the safe use of the smoking area.
Circuit Safety Inspections: As mechanical equipment, the circuit safety of mobile toilets is crucial. Regular inspections are conducted to check whether the circuits are functioning properly, preventing short circuits. At the same time, the随意拉接 (random connection) of circuits is strictly prohibited to avoid fire accidents and other safety issues caused by circuit problems, ensuring the overall safe operation of the mobile toilet.
