Office Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin October 11, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in offices should follow a scientific process, covering planning, main body installation, system connection, and acceptance inspection. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Planning and Preparation
- Demand Analysis and Site Selection: Determine the specifications and quantity of toilets based on the office usage scenario, foot traffic, and duration of use. The site should be flat, with solid soil and convenient drainage, avoiding major traffic routes, open flames, and flammable materials, while considering ease of use and privacy.
- On-site Survey and Foundation Treatment: Accurately measure the site dimensions and check for underground pipeline obstructions. Pour a concrete platform (slightly larger than the toilet base) or lay graded gravel and compact it to ensure a level foundation with stable load-bearing capacity, preventing future settlement.
- Equipment Inspection and Route Planning: Unpack and inspect the completeness of components, checking that sanitary fixtures, lighting, ventilation, and other facilities are intact. Plan the transportation route, clear obstacles, and ensure sufficient space for lifting.
II. Main Structure Lifting and Positioning
- Safe Lifting: Use a crane or forklift operated by professionals, securing the lifting straps to dedicated lifting points. Lift slowly and steadily to avoid swaying, keeping personnel away from the lifting area.
- Precise Positioning: Lower the unit onto the foundation and use a level to calibrate it from multiple angles, ensuring the bottom is fully seated and level. For multi-unit modular toilets, lift and position them in sequence according to the drawings to ensure accurate module connection.
III. System Connection and Internal Integration
- Water Supply and Drainage System: Connect to a clean water source through pre-embedded interfaces, using food-grade hoses or PPR pipes. Install valves and filters to ensure no leakage. Connect the sewage pipe to the sewer or collection tank with a slope of ≥2%.
- Water and Electricity Debugging: Connect to the water supply (pipe diameter ≥DN20) and test the flushing function and drainage seal. Secure standalone toilets with expansion bolts or weight blocks to prevent tipping.
- Detail Refinement: Install door curtains and anti-slip mats, check the flexibility of door locks and flush buttons, clean and disinfect the interior, and place air fresheners, toilet paper, and other consumables.
IV. Post-installation Acceptance and Handover
- Function Testing: Flush continuously three times to verify drainage smoothness and step on the top to test structural stability.
- Document Confirmation: Provide an Equipment Installation Acceptance Certificate, specifying the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions.
Precautions: Wear safety harnesses for high-altitude work; prohibit construction in winds ≥Force 5; set up warning signs in the construction area and provide lighting at night; smoking or open flames are strictly prohibited inside the toilet.
