Neijiang Waterless Mobile Toilet

Admin September 23, 2026

Neijiang waterless mobile toilets mainly include two types: waterless flushing and packaging type, and foam sealing type. Their technical characteristics and application scenarios are as follows:

Waterless flushing and packaging type mobile toilets

This type of toilet uses a mechatronic mechanical device to package and seal excrement in biodegradable plastic bags for centralized treatment. Its core advantage lies in no need to connect to the sewer pipe, with low operating costs and significant water-saving effects. Specifically, excrement is wrapped in plastic bags to form independent sealed units, preventing cross-contamination and facilitating subsequent resource treatment (such as composting or biodegradation) to form an ecological cycle. In addition, this technology does not rely on water resources at all and is suitable for water-scarce areas or temporary event scenarios, such as outdoor exhibitions and construction sites.

Technical details:

  • The mechanical device automatically completes the packaging action, reducing manual intervention;
  • The material of the plastic bags must meet biodegradable standards to avoid secondary pollution;
  • Excrement and urine are collected centrally and can be converted into organic fertilizer through professional equipment, achieving resource reuse.

Foam sealing type mobile toilets

This type of toilet generates foam by mixing a foaming agent with a small amount of water (water consumption per use ≤ 0.1L) to cover the surface of excrement, thereby isolating odors and preventing excrement from splashing. The key requirement is that the foaming agent must be a biodegradable material to ensure environmental protection. The foam layer not only effectively inhibits odor diffusion but also reduces flushing volume, combining water-saving and hygiene advantages.

Typical applications and products:

  • Suitable for scenarios with high environmental experience requirements, such as scenic spots, gardens, and high-end public toilets;
  • Representative products include Beijing Anbangjie Technology Development Co., Ltd.'s fp-109 foaming toilet and fp-101 unit numerically controlled foaming squatting toilet, both of which use intelligent numerical control technology to control foam generation and discharge, improving user convenience.

Technical comparison:

  • The waterless flushing type focuses more on resource recycling and extreme environmental adaptability but requires regular replacement of plastic bags;
  • The foam sealing type is superior in water-saving and user experience but requires a continuous supply of foaming agent and a small amount of water.

Both technologies break through the traditional toilet's dependence on water resources through innovative designs, providing flexible and environmentally friendly public health solutions for areas like Neijiang. The specific choice needs to be comprehensively considered based on actual scenario requirements and maintenance costs.
