Modern Modular Three-Story Townhouse Villas

Admin September 12, 2026

This complex consists of seven three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse villas, each about 140 sqm. More than 90% of each home's interior receives natural daylight. The buildings feature energy-efficient appliances, underfloor heating and air conditioning, thermal insulation materials, photovoltaic panels, rainwater harvesting, recycled materials, and additional sustainable elements. The townhouses also use VOC-free paint, low-VOC cabinets and flooring, plus strong cross-ventilation, giving residents better indoor air quality and a healthier living environment.

Compared with traditional construction, our company's modular buildings offer six main advantages.

First, the building method is different. Our company's modular buildings are fully factory-made on a production line, using industrial methods to solve housing needs—turning the building into a product, much like a car or an aircraft.

Second, traditional buildings are reinforced concrete structures with major drawbacks: poor seismic performance, limited longevity for reuse, and heavy climate impact. Our company's modular buildings use specially developed new materials that are lightweight, use less material, cost less than steel, compete with concrete on price, weigh only about one-tenth of traditional buildings, and can cut foundation costs by 80–90%.

Third, comfort and energy savings. Through five measures—rock wool insulation, quadruple-glazed windows, exterior shading, interior insulation, and fresh-air heat recovery—and by following near-zero-energy and passive house standards, building energy use can be cut by 90%.

Fourth, air quality. For a room to have good air quality, a fresh-air system is essential: it solves window ventilation needs, filters outdoor pollution, and blocks noise.

Fifth, room layouts are extremely flexible. A 12×4.8 m space has no obstacles—no columns and no load-bearing walls. With developer-designed spaces in the past, you could only accept what you were given; with our company's modular buildings, you decide how the space is used.

Sixth, high-efficiency delivery. Because production is factory-based, all client requirements can be resolved in advance in one go, and logistics and transport are also very convenient. From an efficiency standpoint, traditional developers typically take about two to two and a half years to build housing; industrialized housing, from early preparation to handover, can be as fast as three months. That is efficiency—and efficiency translates directly into cost.
