IMEX America is one of the largest meetings, events, and incentive travel trade shows in the United States. Over four days it brings together 4,300 brands and more than 3,300 exhibitors from around the world. It is the perfect event for building connections, planning business meetings and trade shows, and discovering new ideas in business gatherings. Any city that wants to become a business travel destination must be there—and needs to make a splash.
This booth was a creative exhibition hall for the city of Nashville. One end of the custom structure was anchored by a tall converted 20-foot container whose innovative diagonal hinge design featured a striking high-gloss black finish. Honky-tonk-style neon branding lit the inner surfaces of the modular building, and the pavilion rose to an expanded height of 4.8 meters. On the other side, a golden record wall highlighted Nashville's hottest selling points for business travel.
At the opposite end, a huge 3D musical note caught the eye of passersby; together with branded guitar amplifiers, Nashville instantly read as America's Music City. Between the two ends sat a comfortable meeting zone with every amenity to welcome visitors, hold informal meetings, explore what Nashville offers, and enjoy drinks and a place to rest.
This container box is a mid-size unit in a mobile configuration. When it opens it feels far larger, offering a tall backdrop that is sure to draw eyes and visitors. A mid-size exhibition box with a dramatic difference: the diagonal split-hinge opening creates an eye-catching 4.8-meter height and a commanding presence. Add an optional 20 x 20 x 20 glass enclosure to expand the space and give it a more contemporary look.
