Mobile Water-Flush Toilet Production
Admin October 05, 2026
You can refer to the following two methods for producing a mobile water-flush toilet:

Production Using a Water Storage Barrel
- Basic Frame Construction: First, use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half lengthwise. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board. Use self-tapping screws to attach wooden strips to the upper side of the barrel to increase its height, providing support and mobility for the subsequent installation of other components.
- Door Frame and Wall Construction: Use an angle grinder to create an opening on the side of the water storage barrel. Install sponge strips on both sides of the opening to form a door frame. Insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to create raised walls. Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips to form a roof, initially constructing the spatial structure of the toilet.
- Appearance and Simple Door Production: Apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to enhance their aesthetics. Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to create a simple door, ensuring both a certain level of beauty and a blocking function.
- Drainage and Water Storage System Installation: Create a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain. Create holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket and connect them with direct fittings. Place the plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device, meeting the water demand for flushing the toilet.
- Bathroom Equipment Installation: Connect a bathroom heater made from water pipes. Install a tee fitting below the water inlet pipe and connect a showerhead. Place the toilet on the drainage pipe opening, install the water tank, and secure it with glass glue. Connect the drainage pipe to a sewage bucket. Horizontally connect a water pipe from the tee fitting on the outlet pipe to the doorway as the water inlet pipe for the sink. Create a hole in the door and install a fitting to complete the various functions of the toilet.
Production Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet
- Mobile Base and Tank Preparation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet. Place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station on the pallet to provide a mobile base for the entire toilet.
- Tank Modification and Doorway Creation: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove one side, creating an open-top tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on top of the first one, securing the outer frames of the two tanks with self-tapping screws. Cut a rectangular opening with a height of 180 cm and a width of 50 cm on the outer frame of the water storage tank. Cut the tank body accordingly to form a doorway.
- Drainage System Installation: Use a hole-making tool to create a hole on the internal floor of the water storage tank. Insert a elbow fitting from the bottom upwards and cut a section of water pipe into it. Seal the gaps with glue and then cut off the excess water pipe to ensure smooth drainage.
- Bathroom Equipment Installation: Align the toilet with the drainage opening and secure it with glue. Fix a water pipe on the wall bracket and install a faucet. Secure a pipe cap with screws below the faucet. Connect a water pipe to the pipe cap and create a hole as the outlet for the drainage pipe. Apply glass glue to the pipe cap and secure a sink made from a stainless steel basin. Connect a water inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect a shower hose, and install a showerhead bracket and a toilet seat. Install a spray-type showerhead made from a water pipe.
- Door Installation: Bring a wooden board, fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, and attach the other side of the hinges to the wooden board to form the door of the toilet. Install a door handle on the door to complete the production of the toilet.
