Mobile Toilets and Public Toilet Facilities

Admin October 08, 2026

Mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole and set up at fixed or temporary locations to provide toilet services for the public and customers.

I. Composition of Mobile Toilets Mobile toilets generally consist of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These components work together to ensure that mobile toilets can provide normal toilet services and are easy to move and set up.

II. Classification of Mobile Toilets

  1. By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure mobile toilets are relatively simple and suitable for small-scale use; composite-structure mobile toilets are more complex and have more complete functions, suitable for large-scale or special needs.
  2. By moving method: They can be divided into lifting and handling mobile toilets, and powered and towed mobile toilets. Lifting and handling mobile toilets mainly rely on external equipment for movement; powered and towed mobile toilets have their own power or can be towed for movement, which is more flexible and convenient.
  3. By sewage treatment method: They can be divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets treat fecal sewage through water flushing or suction; circulating water-flush mobile toilets achieve water resource reuse through a circulating water system; dry-packing mobile toilets use dry-packing methods to treat feces without using water.

III. Advantages and Suitable Locations of Mobile Toilets Mobile toilets have the advantages of being movable, combinable, and easy to transport. They are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. These places usually have a large flow of people and a high demand for toilet facilities, and mobile toilets can flexibly meet these needs.

IV. Diversity of Mobile Public Toilet Facilities In terms of mobile public toilet facilities, there are small and intelligent environmentally friendly mobile public toilets with complete internal fecal collection systems, hand-washing sinks, smart mirrors, and breathing lights; there are also scenic area public toilets with carved exterior wall panels, PVC ceilings, LEO ceiling lights, non-slip tile floors, and ceramic hand-washing basins; and there are white apple-shaped mobile intelligent environmentally friendly public toilets equipped with large displays, air conditioners, fresh air systems, intelligent disinfection, and intelligent sensor flushing systems.
