Mobile Toilet Vehicle Inspection
The inspection of mobile toilet vehicles should be conducted comprehensively from five aspects: structural strength, sealing performance, overall vehicle performance, safe and environmentally friendly materials, and scientific weight distribution and stability.

Structural Strength Inspection: Static and dynamic load tests should be carried out on the vehicle body chassis, support beams, and door and window frames to verify their resistance to deformation under the maximum load (approximately 1500 kg), ensuring no cracks or plastic deformation. At the same time, by simulating transportation bumps and collisions, the bolt tightness and weld integrity at key connection points should be tested. All connecting parts are required to have their torque restored to more than 95% of the original set value to ensure structural stability.
Sealing Performance Inspection: A pneumatic leak detector should be used to conduct pressure tests on doors, windows, ventilation openings, and pipeline interfaces. The leak detection rate should be controlled within 0.5 pa·m³/s to prevent rainwater, sewage leakage, and odor emission. For detachable sealing strips, a 30-day accelerated aging test should be carried out to verify their elastic retention ability and original sealing effect, ensuring long-term reliability.
Overall Vehicle Performance Test: After the vehicle body modification is completed, a driving test should be conducted to verify the coordination of the vehicle's power, braking, and steering systems. Through load balance tests, check whether the front-to-rear axle load distribution ratio and left-to-right weight balance meet the design requirements. The rain test simulates extreme weather conditions to inspect the vehicle's waterproof performance and ensure that all systems operate normally in harsh environments.
Safe and Environmentally Friendly Material Inspection: All modified raw materials should pass the 'CCC' quality certification and possess non-polluting and environmentally friendly characteristics. Fireproof materials should cover the entire vehicle to meet fire safety standards. Adhesives, paints, and panels should be of the environmentally friendly type to avoid the emission of harmful substances and ensure that the indoor air quality meets health standards.
Scientific Weight Distribution and Stability Inspection: By reasonably arranging equipment, check the front-to-rear axle load distribution ratio and left-to-right weight balance to ensure they are within the manufacturer's specified range. Combined with simulation and finite element analysis, verify the frame deformation amount when the vehicle roof is loaded with 2 tons and the side is loaded with 1.5 tons during a collision. It should comply with regulatory standards to prevent rollover or structural failure risks.
