Mobile Toilet Urinal Production
Mobile toilet urinals can be produced by modifying water storage tanks or buckets. Here are the specific methods:

I. Producing a urinal using a water storage tank
Cutting the tank to create an opening structure Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank, creating a tank with a top opening. Ensure that the cutting edges are smooth to avoid burrs that could affect subsequent installation. If more internal space is needed, stack two water storage tanks with top openings and secure the outer frame with self-tapping screws to form a double-layer structure.
Creating an entrance and drainage system Cut a rectangular opening measuring 180 cm in height and 50 cm in width on the side of the tank to serve as an entrance for people. The internal floor needs to be drilled and fitted with an elbow pipe. The elbow angle should meet the drainage slope requirements (usually 2%-3%) to ensure that sewage flows smoothly into the drainage system.
Securing the toilet and sealing Place the toilet over the drainage opening and use a special adhesive (such as waterproof silicone) to secure the contact surface between the toilet and the floor, preventing leaks. If a double-layer structure is used, apply sealant at the connection between the upper and lower tanks to enhance overall waterproofing.
II. Producing a urinal using a water storage bucket
Splitting the bucket and installing a floor drain Use an angle grinder to vertically split the water storage bucket in half. Choose one half as the main body of the urinal and drill a hole at the center of the bucket's bottom. The hole diameter should be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the drainage pipe (usually 5-10 cm). Install the drainage pipe to form a floor drain structure.
Installing and securing the toilet Place the toilet over the drainage pipe opening, ensuring that the drainage opening aligns with the toilet's outlet. After installing the water tank, apply a circle of glass glue around the contact surface between the toilet base and the bucket to form a seal. The glass glue should be neutral and mold-resistant to adapt to a humid environment.
Connecting the sewage system Extend the drainage pipe to an external sewage bucket or septic tank. Secure the connection with a hose clamp to prevent detachment. If a mobile sewage bucket is used, it should be cleaned regularly to avoid blockages.
III. Key considerations
- Material selection: The water storage tank/bucket should be made of a corrosion-resistant material (such as PE plastic) with a thickness of at least 5 mm to withstand usage pressure.
- Drainage slope: The internal floor should slope towards the drainage opening, with a slope controlled between 2% and 5% to avoid water accumulation.
- Ventilation design: Create ventilation openings (with a diameter of at least 10 cm) on the top or side of the tank and install fly screens to reduce odors.
- Safety precautions: Wear safety goggles and gloves during cutting operations to avoid injury from metal shavings or plastic splinters.
Both methods achieve urinal functionality by modifying existing containers. The appropriate method can be chosen based on actual needs, such as space size and usage frequency.
